Research On The Influence Of Corporate Social Capital On The Innovation Ability Of Enterprises

From the perspective of business management,the key point for enterprises to improve the level of innovation is to obtain information and knowledge from external social capital of enterprises and transform and utilize them through internal social capital.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to improve corporate innovation ability of corporate social capital.Based on the existing literatures,this paper puts forward the model of the influence of corporate social capital on the innovation ability of enterprises,and takes the enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing as the research objects,and studies the structural,relationship and cognitive dimensions of corporate social capital more comprehensively The Impact of Enterprise Innovation Ability.This study draws on the relevant literature on the design of corporate social capital questionnaire,as well as the establishment of a measure of enterprise innovation capacity index system,and enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing as the survey object,issuing 300 questionnaires,140 valid questionnaires.The data processing of this paper mainly uses SPSS22.0 and AMOS20.0 software for project analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis to test the hypothesis proposed in this paper.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a positive and significant relationship between the structural dimension,the relational dimension and the cognitive dimension of corporate social capital.Enterprises should pay attention to the balanced development of all dimensions in cultivating corporate social capital.(2)The regression analysis based on structural equation theory shows that the structural,relational and cognitive dimensions of corporate social capital have a positive effect on the innovation capability of enterprises.Strengthening business and customers,suppliers,research institutes and government,banks,and enhance the network nodes of each level of trust and communication,will be able to promote business innovation.(3)Through the literature review,the establishment of a measure of enterprise innovation capability index system,with six secondary indicators and 19 three indicators to measure.In this paper,the structural equation model is used to carry out the verification factor analysis.The analysis results show that the indicators of the model fit are excellent,and the sample data and the index system are well adapted,which shows that the measurement of the innovation ability of enterprises has a high reliability And the level of validity.
