| In recent years,the economy has developed rapidly in our country,more and more people have learned a wide range of financial knowledge,the financial industry has developed rapidly in the field of the Internet,and the domestic financial market has become more and more perfect.This is a great challenge to traditional banks,traditional banks need to take effective measures to deal with this change.Customers demand for high quality financial services,banks have also increased the type of financial products.As a platform to serve customers,bank branches design complex business processes to ensure risk control,resulting in that customers can not experience efficient financial services.Therefore,it is urgent for bank branches to balance between complicated business processes and efficient quality of service.This paper takes the S branch of A bank as the object,and makes a deep research on the problems existing in the business process of its current grass-roots branch.This paper analyzes the present situation of the business process of S branch of A bank with the method of case analysis,and finds that there are several problems in the counter business of this branch:there is no reasonable application of information technology,the level of intelligence needs to be improved,the overall quality of service environment is unsatisfied,business processes are not simple enough,risk control is not perfect.Based on these conditions,using the method of literature analysis,combined with domestic and foreign bank regional branch business process optimization theory and research results,we find out the reasons of the problems in S branch of bank A: lack of intelligentization,unsimplified business process,inefficient management of employee customer service,and lack of real-time effective risk control.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures about the business process optimization of Bank branches,this paper proposes the corresponding business process optimization scheme for the above-mentioned problems in the business process of S branch of A bank.The first is to determine the specific objectives of business process optimization of grass-roots,which is designed to“Improve efficiency,improve service,enhance wind risk-control,strengthen intelligence”;The second is to optimize the overall business processing mode through the involvement of new processing modes such as front-and-back business connection and parallel processing,and the third is to establish a centralized operation center to realize the centralized processing of most of the business,to improve the processing efficiency of the basic-level branch business,and then through the three typical basic-level network business,which are,company-account opening business,cross-border wire transfer business,seal loss reporting business,to compare and analyze the business process before and after optimization,to test the effect of business process optimization,and finally,to make the corresponding safeguard measures according to the final business process improvement plan,to ensure the network business process optimization of the effective implementation. |
