| As a kind of economic crime,money laundering will have immeasurable impact on the whole financial industry and even the whole country and society.It can disturb the normal economic order,destroy the modern social credit system,and even trigger a financial storm.Therefore,anti-money laundering work is a vital and indispensable work of commercial banks.The quality of anti-money laundering work can reflect the internal risk control level of banks to a large extent.Based on this,this paper uses literature research method,case analysis method and interview method to analyze and study the problems and countermeasures of the anti-money laundering work of commercial banks,hoping to provide reference and reference for the staff in this field.This paper takes N Bank as the research object,based on the background of the increasingly complicated development of the financial environment in the world and the increasingly strengthened domestic supervision,and based on the relevant systems and guidance issued by the People’s Bank of China and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission as the theoretical basis,to sort out and analyze the development status of the anti-money laundering work of N Bank.In the research process,combined with the theories and practices related to the development of commercial banks’ anti-money laundering business in recent years,a variety of research methods are adopted to refine and decompose the current situation of N bank’s anti-money laundering workflow.Sorted out the anti-money laundering internal control management process,customer identity identification,customer identity information and transaction record preservation process,customer money laundering risk rating process,large transaction and suspicious transaction report process,in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the process.It is mainly manifested in that the board of directors and senior management do not pay enough attention to the work of anti-money laundering,the staff input and the workload of anti-money laundering are disproportionate,the internal control system of anti-money laundering lacks technical support,and the incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.At the same time,the theory and practice are closely combined,and a specific optimization scheme is proposed from the perspective of feasibility,and the anti-money laundering workflow of N bank is reorganized and designed from the top-level design.Finally,in order to ensure the feasibility of the process optimization plan,detailed safeguard measures are summarized,so as to improve the anti-money laundering management ability of N Bank,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the anti-money laundering management of N Bank,and make great progress on the basis of strict implementation of regulatory standards. |
