Under the background of current macroeconomic transformation,financial market reform,stricter regulatory environment,rapid development of science and technology finance,and intensified cross-border competition,the living space of traditional banking business has been greatly narrowed,and transformation and development are imperative.Through training,banks can improve the knowledge and skills of employees,improve their comprehensive quality,strengthen personnel training,and further enhance the core competitiveness of banks to meet more complex and fierce challenges.This thesis sorts out the human resource management and training work of B Bank Xuzhou Branch,draws on and refers to the theory of human resource training by domestic and foreign scholars,and comprehensively uses literature research methods,interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,empirical analysis methods and other research methods to summarize B Bank Xuzhou Branch.The shortcomings of staff training work put forward optimization measures and countermeasures.According to the idea of finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems,the following research results are obtained:(1)There are some problems in the staff training system of B Bank Xuzhou Branch: the concept of bank training is not solid,and the construction of training environment is not in place;training objectives are not clear;the training needs were not collected and analyzed,and the training plan was missing;the construction of training system is not perfect;teachers are weak;the training implementation process is not effective;training evaluation mechanism is not perfect;the training effect is not well transformed.(2)In view of the existing problems,targeted optimization measures and countermeasures are put forward: combined with the actual situation of B Bank Xuzhou Branch,from the clear training objectives,improve the training system,improve the training needs analysis,training plan,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,strengthen the training evaluation,change the training concept,adjust the organizational structure,increase the training funds and other aspects of the specific optimization measures and countermeasures.In order to evaluate whether the optimization measures are effective,a pre-assessment is carried out within a certain range B Bank Xuzhou Branch.According to the pre-assessment results,the optimization measures are recognized by employees.The research in this thesis has certain reference significance and reference value for interbank employee training.The thesis has 52 drawings,94 tables,and 71 references.
