In recent years,the development of China's tourism industry has changed from luxury consumption to normal life of the common people.But immediately after the scenic spot management problem also gradually highlights.As a famous pharmaceutical capital of south China,zhangshu is also one of the four famous towns in jiangxi history.It is a good place to develop tourism with rich tourism resources and cultural deposits.However,it still faces the problem of talent cultivation,which makes the management and implementation of the scenic spot difficult,the staff image quality can become two points,and the scenic spot operation cannot adapt to the service of current consumers.Therefore,this paper selects zhangshu ancient sea scenic spot and gesoap mountain scenic spot to explore,discover problems and put forward solutions and Suggestions.This paper reviews in the literature research method firstly,to sort out and summarize the theories on staff training at home and abroad,especially the theories on staff training related to tourism,and conducts in-depth research and discussion.Secondly,through the theory with practice,case law,questionnaire investigation,visiting interview method to investigate the ancient sea and cabinet soap mountain two zhangshu representative scenic spots in the current situation of staff training,and through the analysis concludes that low employee training participation,training teachers strength weak,lack of innovative talents,the scenic area with less emphasis on staff training,training less funding allocation is not reasonable,staff training is not yet the six major problems into system.Through field investigation and data analysis,we concluded 6 major problems of employee training in Guhai scenic spot and Gezao mountain scenic spoBased on the theoretical knowledge of the staff training,this paper explores and ponders the above six problems,and puts forward five countermeasures and Suggestions: setting up the training specialist;Deeply investigate training needs;Enriching the teaching staff;Optimize the training system;We will strengthen training support.
