A Study On The Early Warning Of Financial Risk Of Listed Infant Food Companies In China

Nowadays,with the introduction of the "three-child policy",the infant and toddler food industry may benefit to the greatest extent as an industry closely linked to the three-child policy.However,with the increasing complexity of the market economy,the food industry,as a basic industry that protects people’s livelihood,is subject to different degrees of risk factors in its development and operation,like other industries,one of which is financial risk.Nowadays,there are many brands of infant and toddler food,especially milk powder products,in the domestic market,and many consumers prefer foreign dairy brands,making the market particularly competitive.In the face of such fierce competition,some companies are growing rapidly and expanding,while others are closing down or being merged,so financial risk are objectively present in infant food manufacturing enterprises.Beingmate,once known as the "No.1 stock of domestic milk powder",has lost more than two billion yuan in five years,and in recent years,it has frequently changed its performance,"wearing the cap" and "taking off the cap".This poor financial situation has had a negative impact on the company.Therefore,in order to ensure the long-term sustainable development of the company,it is necessary to monitor and warn the financial risks of Beingmate from the perspective of financial risk warning.The thesis selects Beingmate limited company as the research object,and firstly,the relevant domestic and international literature and the theoretical basis related to financial risk early warning are reviewed.Secondly,the financial data indicators of Beingmate from 2017 to 2021 were selected from four aspects: profitability,debt repayment,operation,and development to analyze the financial risks and early warning status of the company.The problems in the company’s financial risks and early warning were pointed out,and the necessity of establishing a financial risk early warning system was clarified.Once again,correlation analysis is used to screen financial data,entropy method and efficacy coefficient method are used to assign weights to indicators and calculate indicator scores,in order to construct Beingmate Company’s financial risk warning system.Finally,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Beingmate in the future,this thesis proposes relevant risk prevention measures and early warning guarantee measures from the perspective of financial risks and financial risk warning.
