Research On The Financial Risk Early Warning System Of H Catering Enterprises

Recently,the macroeconomic has developed rapidly and has promoted the rapid development of various industries.Catering industry is an important part of the service industry in the tertiary industry,it is also expanding fast.Yet a lot of financial risk problems have also emerged,which made a challenge to the companies.Many managers of the catering enterprises have not paid enough awareness on the pre-warning of financial risk,and lead to operational problems;some of the enterprises are even on the verge of bankruptcy.How to predict financial risks,take measures in time becomes the key point.H Company mainly engaged in popular catering and it is also faced with many financial risk problems.The paper has analyzed the financial situation and the operating results of the H Company objectively,and then analyzed the shortcomings of the financial risk management.And then this paper has redesigned the pre-warning program of financial risk according to the situation of the company.By the financial risk pre-warning program,managers could identify signs of the financial risk and analysis the reason of them,and then take reasonable measures to prevent financial risks.In the last,the paper also put forward measures to ensure that the program could be executed effectively.Based on theoretical research and case analysis,this paper researched the financial risk pre-warning management.The redesigned program could objectively tell the level of financial risk and predict the future financial risk level in the next two years of H Company.The purpose of this study is to help the managers of the company to recognize the importance of financial risk pre-warning.It is hoped this research could help managers to find the reasons of the risk and take strategies to reduce the company financial risk as soon as possible.
