As the process of economic globalisation continues to deepen,many enterprises face challenges in their ability to manage off-site branches,with problems such as high operating costs,difficulties in improving financial efficiency and unreliable financial information quality emerging.The integration of industry and finance emphasises the establishment of an information management system that integrates financial budgets,engineering contracts,tax management,cost control and enterprise reimbursement,on the basis of which all financial work of the enterprise is comprehensively planned and co-ordinated.It is easy to see that,from the perspective of enterprise development strategy,if we want to seek the goal of integration of business and finance,we must upgrade the existing management mode and process,and break through the management scope and functions of traditional financial accounting.In the era of big data,financial intelligence has promoted the transformation of financial management,in which the financial sharing model can effectively promote the transformation of corporate financial functions and strengthen the organic integration of traditional finance and management accounting.For real estate and construction companies in particular,it is particularly important to improve the overall efficiency of the business by reasonably shortening the project cycle and enhancing the feasibility of the construction plan,which is closely linked to the development process of the financial integration of the business.This thesis presents a case study of the reform of the integration of business and finance in the financial sharing model of Company B.Based on the theories of flat management,resource allocation and economies of scale,the analysis framework is constructed and a two-stage Data envelopment analysis is built to analyse the interaction between the financial sharing model and the integration of business and finance and the efficiency of its application.The study found that there were problems with inefficient internet banking payments,separation of business and funding documents,long staff reimbursement processes,inconvenient collaboration between group branches in purchasing and sales,delays in contract management and financial accounting,and a dynamic building construction cost management system that has yet to be established in daily business activities.In response to the above problems,systematic process re-engineering was carried out to promote the integration of business and finance in Company B through the re-engineering of key business and finance processes such as fund management,construction cost budget management,fund payment,procurement and payable,expense reimbursement,contract and client management.This thesis focuses on the process re-engineering of the construction project management system in the financial sharing management system.Through the analysis of the construction project cost structure and drivers,the cost classification is carried out,and the construction planning cost and dynamic cost management modules in the financial sharing system are re-engineered to improve the company’s operational capacity and cost control capability,simplify management difficulties and enhance management efficiency.This thesis also provides a reference for other real estate and construction industries to build a financial sharing centre and improve the integration capability of business and finance.The expected innovation of this thesis is to enrich the study of financial integration for construction enterprises in financial sharing.By using Data envelopment analysis to analyse the efficiency of the current situation of implementing financial integration in the financial sharing model of the case company,and at the same time to recreate the process of financial integration for the case company according to the characteristics of the construction industry with the cost of building construction operations,it will provide some help for future construction enterprises to realise financial integration based on the financial sharing model. |
