| In the thirteenth session of the National People’s Congress four conference proposed the difference of plan,emphasized the importance of innovation,planning is put forward,insist on innovation in the core position in the global modernization construction in our country,strengthen kechuang plate hard science specialty,hard is refers to the long-term development of science and technology investment,continue to accumulate to form the original technology,also is the embodiment of the creativity and breakthrough However,at present,China relies heavily on imports for technology,high-end equipment and components in many key fields,and its capacity for breakthrough creativity needs to be improved.There is a "bottleneck" phenomenon.Breakthrough creativity is not only the core technology that is difficult to replicate and accumulated for a long time,but also the key for China to achieve a new round of technological innovation.Therefore,breakthrough creativity is very important to the long-term success of an enterprise.In the field of organizational behavior,although there are fruitful results on the impact of employee creativity,it is still very limited to discuss the mechanism of creativity generation from the perspective of employee-organization relationship.In particular,the family-like exchange relationship with pan-family characteristics in Chinese context is considered as the key to breakthrough problem solving for organizations in practice.However,the existing research has not touched on the question of how it affects employees’ breakthrough creativity.Through to the existing literature,this study based on self-determination theory and the theory of resource conservation,respectively discusses the affection exchange through harmonious passion and forced two different paths for employees breakthrough of creativity,and makes a research on the organizational level organization performance class affection exchange breakthrough creative relationship with employees across levels of adjustment.Based on the data analysis of 612 valid employees from 76 enterprises,the following results are obtained :(1)the affection exchange has a positive effect on both harmonious passion and obsessive passion;(2)Harmonious passion positively affects breakthrough creativity.(3)The type of family affection exchange has positive indirect influence on breakthrough creativity through positive influence on harmonious passion;(4)Organizational performance negatively moderates the relationship between harmonious passion and radical creativity,namely,the lower organizational performance is,the stronger the positive relationship between harmonious passion and radical creativity is;Organizational performance negatively moderates the negative impact of forced passion on breakthrough creativity,that is,the stronger the negative relationship between forced passion and breakthrough creativity is when organizational performance is poor.(5)Organizational performance negatively moderates the negative indirect effect of forced passion on breakthrough creativity,namely,the positive indirect effect is stronger in the case of poor organizational performance than in the case of good organizational performance;otherwise,the positive indirect effect is weaker.Organizational performance negatively moderates the negative indirect effect of forced passion on breakthrough creativity,that is,compared with good organizational performance,the negative indirect effect will be weaker in the case of poor organizational performance;otherwise,it will be stronger.Studies clarify the kind of affection exchange through the work passion boundary conditions affect the path of creativity and breakthrough,passion for work in China and breakthrough of creativity research provides a new Angle of view,for the practice of Chinese traditional culture,sustained growth enterprise to keep innovation vigor and vitality to provide theoretical reference. |
