| The rural collective economy has been reformed and innovated in response to the development of China’s society,and is an important embodiment of socialist public ownership in rural areas.As an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of rural collective economy is a necessary condition for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,an important way to promote the prosperity of rural industries,and helps to further consolidate the ruling base of the Party in rural areas.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "we should keep the political direction of the rural revitalization strategy,adhere to the nature of collective ownership of rural land,develop a new type of collective economy,and follow the road of common prosperity".WS Village has solved the problems of capital,resource dispersion and development direction that plagued the development of the countryside by reforming the property rights of the village collective economy.With the development of collective economy in WS village,it is very important to study the development mechanism of collective economy in WS village and villagers’ income for the development of collective economy in WS village and the growth of collective economy in other areas.This paper chosen WS village collective economy as the research object,analyzing by literature research method,field research method,case study method,grounded theory empirical research method and other research methods to sort out the collective economy of WS village within the village profile,collective economy development process mechanism and inner mechanism,development bottlenecks,analyze the synergy played by multiple subjects of WS village collective economy,and analyze the weak links of WS village collective economy development by combining the influencing factors of villagers’ income In addition,propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of collective economy in WS Village in a targeted manner.The study concludes that:(1)the three-level coding analysis through the rooting theory concludes that in the collective economic development,multiple subjects participate in the collective economic development by their own development momentum.When the village collective economic development encounters development bottlenecks,the multiple subjects break the development bottlenecks through resource integration and further promote the village collective economic development;(2)through the analysis of the collective economic development mechanism of WS Village,it is found that there is a feedback mechanism in the collective economic process mechanism,so that the bottlenecks are found in time in the development and the problems are overcome precisely,which helps the healthy development of the collective economy.(3)in-depth analysis of the impact on income shows that: the capital participation in the collective economy cooperative has a negative effect on the per capita income of households,some villagers join the cooperative with capital participation,but the income is less than the investment,which leads to the increase of villagers’ expenditure by joining the cooperative and has a negative effect on the per capita income of households,indicating that the development of collective economy in WS Village now faces a bottleneck of villagers’ This indicates that the collective economic growth of WS Village is facing a bottleneck of income increase for villagers.Based on the conclusion of the study,it is found that the following recommendations for the future development of WS Village:(1)improving the participation mechanism of multiple subjects to improve villagers’ participation in public awareness and self-government enthusiasm;(2)an incentive mechanism should be built to introduction of talents to attract outstanding talents to participate in collective economic development;(3)gathering resources in the area by developing villages in groups,so as to grow scale economy,resist market risks and enhance competitiveness. |
