Facility agriculture,as a new planting technology,can greatly compensate for the shortcomings of traditional agriculture and become an important guarantee for promoting agricultural industry development and changing the way of agricultural development.As a part of facility agriculture,vegetable winter greenhouses can greatly alleviate the supply and demand situation of off-season vegetables and ensure the basic vegetable supply for urban residents.As the leader of the vegetable winter greenhouse project,Company A has been working in the field of facility agriculture for many years and has rich management concepts and risk control methods.The purpose of this study is to analyze the operational risks and challenges of Company A’s vegetable greenhouse project in Taibai,and explore the internal and external risks faced by the project,and propose effective countermeasures to ensure the smooth operation of the project.This study takes Company A’s vegetable winter greenhouse project in Taibai as the research object and studies the operational risks and countermeasures of the project.The article conducted a SWOT analysis of Company A’s vegetable greenhouse project in Baoji Taibai,and detailed the advantages and disadvantages of the project.At the same time,a risk assessment model was established through the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and combined with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,an objective and detailed risk assessment of Company A’s project was conducted.The main research results of this study are as follows:(1)By identifying,evaluating,and studying the basic risks and countermeasures,this study summarizes six major categories of risks,including economic risks,policy risks,technical risks,operational management risks,infrastructure risks,and labor risks.(2)Through SWOT analysis,this study found that the main advantages of Company A’s project are geographical and natural advantages,policy advantages,labor advantages,and regional advantages,while the main disadvantages are outdated equipment,lack of technical personnel,inconsistency with economic development,and regional imbalances.(3)Through model analysis,this study found that economic risks are the highest risk,followed by policy risks and technical risks.Operational management risks are general risks,while infrastructure risks and labor risks are relatively low risks.(4)Based on the actual situation of Company A,this study proposes risk prevention measures and suggestions,including using high-quality equipment and materials,establishing a sound maintenance system,strengthening employee training and management,complying with national and local policies and regulations,actively participating in policy formulation and revision,controlling project costs,expanding sales channels,establishing facility management systems,establishing emergency plans,strengthening internal control,and establishing sound labor management systems.
