| As a concept and form of sustainable development,circular economy achieves sustainable development of economy,society and ecology through the unification and coordination of low environmental pollution,low resource consumption and high economic growth,which is of great significance for promoting industrial structure adjustment,optimization and upgrading.The sugarcane industry in China is faced with the problem of high cost for a long time,and the extensive economic development of the traditional sugarcane industry will bring serious environmental pollution and resource waste.How to realize the CE in sugarcane industry is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of this,This study focuses on the development and structural optimization of the sugarcane industry,integrating the theory of circular economy and industrial structure optimization with the theory of sugarcane industry supply chain,and exploring the interactive relationship between sugarcane industry supply chain optimization and industrial structure upgrading in the context of circular economy.Applying the concept of circular economy to the optimization of the supply chain network of the sugarcane industry,a multi-level large-scale mixed integer programming model was established.This model comprehensively considered the closure or continued operation of existing sugarcane factories,the addition of candidate sugarcane factories,and a series of industrial facilities using by-products(leaves,bagasse,molasses,and filter mud)generated during the sugarcane production process,and introduced a new improved hybrid particle swarm optimization(IDPSO)solution model,Using the piecewise linear membership function of fuzzy variables and generating data based on field research results,the results are compared with genetic algorithms(GA),improved monarchy strategy genetic algorithms(IGA),and standard hybrid particle swarm optimization(DPSO).The results show that the IDPSO algorithm has significant advantages in terms of optimization results and computational speed.After that,the quantitative analysis of the benefit values obtained by the sugarcane industry supply chain under different levels of circular economy development was conducted.It is concluded that when the sugar production and processing amount increases by 20%,the cooperative production between sugar mills and other industrial facilities can effectively reduce the production cost and increase the total profit of the supply chain by 162.47%.When the sugar production and processing amount decreases by 20%,the total profit can be increased by 179.56% considering the circular economy.The economic and environmental benefits of the sugarcane industry have been significantly improved under the background of circular economy,and the development of circular economy can effectively promote the optimization of the sugarcane industry structure.On this basis,specific suggestions are proposed to promote the development of circular economy in the sugarcane industry and ensure the optimization of industrial structure. |
