At the BEIJING-The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping point out What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.In the field of tourism,the contradiction between tourists’ growing demand for high-quality tourism and unbalanced and inadequate tourism development is also obvious.esearch travel is in line with the needs of the development of high-quality tourism in our country,research travel products is the basis of research travel,Sangua commune scenic areas research travel has made certain results,but there are still some problems in product development,so try to start from the consumer experience,in order to propose research travel product optimization strategy for the scenic area.Firstly,the research status quo of research and travel at home and abroad was analyzed with the help of relevant literature,and relevant concepts were clearly defined.Based on the life education theory,experience economy theory and customer satisfaction theory,the questionnaire “research and travel market Satisfaction Survey of Sangua Commune Scenic spot”was designed in combination with the development status of research and travel products of this scenic spot.The questionnaire was issued online and offline.After the analysis of recycling,screening,sorting,reliability and validity,the in-depth analysis shows that the satisfaction of the research travel products in this scenic spot is not high,mainly because of the unclear product positioning,product types are not rich enough,product brands are not prominent enough,and the guarantee system is not perfect.Put forward the whole age,full time,high quality product positioning;In terms of product types,we will improve the original agricultural culture,ecology,aerospace and outward training research and travel products,and develop parent-child,health and e-commerce research and travel products.Some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the brand awareness of operators,build the core brand of research,and establish the online and offline marketing system.At the same time,establish an effective supervision mechanism,train research professionals,improve the security system to ensure the smooth development of research travel.
