| Agricultural product circulation is an important component in the circulation of goods,closely related to people’s livelihood,in realizing the value of farm produce,to promote the "three rural" construction,to protect the people’s basic life plays a pivotal role.Although the problem of shortage of total agricultural products have been solved fundamentally,the problem of many links,high cost,high loss and low efficiency of agricultural products circulation has not been solved effectively due to various factors,it is a major problem that restricts the development of the circulation of agricultural products.Based on the study of agricultural product circulation efficiency,this paper analyses the problems existing in the circulation of agricultural products,to sum up the experience and lessons learned,deepen theoretical research,exploring the way to increase the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in accordance with the demand of Guizhou’s economy and society,and gradually build a modern agricultural products circulation system with Guizhou characteristics,and accelerate the improvement of industrialization,intensification and modernization of the circulation of agricultural products in Guizhou province.This is of great realistic and theoretical significance for deepening the reform and improving the quality and efficiency of our country’s economy.On the basis of Supply Chain Management Theory,Input Output Theory and Transaction Cost Theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural products circulation in Guizhou province systematically and comprehensively through literature and research as well as the problems and reasons of the inefficient circulation of agricultural products in Guizhou Province was investigated.Based on the model building and the influential factors analysis,this paper puts forward the measures to enhance the Guizhou Province’s agricultural product circulation efficiency.The research results show that,firstly,the increase of agricultural production and demand in Guizhou Province resulted in the expansion of the circulation scale,infrastructure construction is relatively perfect,and the policy,economic and technical environment is favorable,but there are still problems such as low modernization level of infrastructure,lack of talents,low informationization level,backward technology and inadequate policy implementation,etc.;Secondly,in this paper,DEA-BBC model and DEA Malmquist index is adopted to measure the efficiency of Guizhou Province’s agriculture logistics.The results show that the efficiency of agricultural logistics in Guizhou Province is low and decreasing during the period under investigation,mainly due to the joint obstruction of technological backwardness and pure technical efficiency reduction;then Tobit model is used to study the effect of different factors on Guizhou Province’s agricultural logistics efficiency.The results indicate that the scale of the market and the level of the economy has a negative influence on the circulation of agricultural products,but the level of the infrastructure is not the same,government support,logistics informationization,science and technology,and labor quality has a positive impact on the circulation of agricultural products,which is beneficial to raise the efficiency of the circulation of agricultural products;thirdly,in view of the empirical results,it is recommended that Guizhou Province continues to perfect the circulation infrastructure of agricultural products,improve the organization level of the main body of agricultural products circulation,and enhance the agricultural product information network.Third,based on the empirical results,the author suggests that Guizhou Province should improve the infrastructure for the transfer of agricultural products,improve the organization level of the main body of agricultural products circulation,strengthen the information network system of agricultural products,and carry out and perfect the plan and policy for the circulation of agricultural products. |
