Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Technological Innovation Of BKS Company

In the new century,the means of enterprise competition have gradually changed from products and channels to technology,management and core competitiveness.At some level,the key to the long-term and stable development of manufacturing enterprises is to improve the technical level and realize technological innovation and progress.As an important representative of the country’s hard power,the manufacturing industry will directly reflect the comprehensive strength of a country.On September 11,2020,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,president of the state and chairman of the Central Military Commission,said in a Symposium of Scientists held in Beijing that "China’s economic and social development and people’s livelihood improvement require more scientific and technological solutions,and the first impetus to enhance innovation".It can be seen that the future development trend of the country cannot be separated from the important factor of technological innovation.In recent years,with the increasing competition of globalization,China’s manufacturing industry is facing increasing survival pressure.All enterprise managers should consider how to effectively cultivate the technological innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises and how to make enterprises develop in the increasingly competitive market environment for a long time.To address this issue,this paper takes a small-scale manufacturing BKS company as the research subject,analyzes the internal/external environment and technological innovation development strategies of BKS company,and raise the corresponding implementation route for the arising problems.In view of this research,the following parts are analyzed emphatically.The first part analyzes the research background and significance,discusses the current research situation of "technological innovation" at home and abroad through extensive literature,and points out the research ideas and methods;Secondly,the concepts and components of technological innovation are analyzed,and the important role of making enterprise technology innovation strategy is expounded in combination with technology innovation strategy management;The second part firstly briefs the technical strength and performance of BKS company.Secondly,the internal/external environment is analyzed in details to describe the need and necessity of BKS company implementing technology innovation development strategy.Finally,according to the specific situation of BKS company,SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the technical innovation conditions;The third party analyzes the status and problems of technological innovation development strategy of BKS Company,analyzes the company’s innovation conditions,model and innovation elements from the perspective of technology innovation development strategy and further expounds the risks in implementing technology innovation development strategy.Finally,scientific implementation paths are developed according to the company’s technical conditions to improve the technological innovative ability and lay a foundation for sustainable development.The research contents of this paper are summarized in the final part.For long-term and healthy business development,the manufacturing industry should master the core technology,formulate the corresponding development route and demand with the technology innovation development strategy,carry out the technological innovation activities to the company’s business activities,and continuously improve and optimize the corresponding management measures.
