With the modernization,comprehensive,international progress and development of the current world economy,the pressure of market competition is gradually increasing,and the healthy survival and development of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises will also face severe opportunities and challenges.The traditional management model is difficult to adapt to the globalization of market competition and severe market reform.In order to better adapt to and improve the market competitive environment and customer needs,most small and medium-sized enterprises will reduce the competitive pressure brought about by rapid economic development by means of business transformation,which is Business Process Reengineering(BPR),abbreviated as BPR.This management theory is a relatively modern systematic conceptual thinking and method first proposed by foreign experts and scholars in the early 1990 s.Its core content is to fundamentally think over and thoroughly innovate the original business processes in the internal operation of enterprises.Business process reengineering(BPR)has been continuously revised,strengthened and perfected since it was submitted,and has made great contributions to helping enterprises rapidly improve their business performance,customer satisfaction and competitiveness.Based on the practical experience of J.S Company internal business process reengineering as the main body,take the value chain and related business process reengineering theory,combined with the Michael Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis,PEST analysis and other analysis methods,from the J.S Company in the competitive environment,ecological,competitive advantage and differentiation of different dimensions on the strategic analysis,and put forward the key problems of J.S Company.J.S Company builds business model,makes clear strategic management,work out a strategic planning,reengineering business process.Taking the whole value chain of enterprises as an important reference basis for reform,enterprises should be comprehensively and objectively formulated business plans with high efficiency and convenience to execute,and further provide consumers with more cost-effective commodities,so as to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve their operating profits.In this study,the paper summarized out the J.S Company redesign of business processes,and accompanied by the construction of information system,the organization structure change,rules and regulations and risk control system construction as the business process reengineering on the protective mechanism of auxiliary construction,cooperate with each other in the reconstruction process and auxiliary construction,the positive role of enterprise business process reengineering is starting to work,the necessity and possibility.The content of business process reengineering analyzed in this paper has achieved initial success in J.S Company,obtained the support and trust of the majority of employees in the company,helped the future development of the enterprise,reduced the economic pressure of the company in the economic market,and improved the domestic economic market share.
