The outbreak of the COVID-19 has made the world see the terrible spread speed of the virus.The Chinese government has made a decisive decision to take strict isolation,prevention and control measures,reduce the number of people gathered,extend the Spring Festival holiday,return to work requires approval and other measures.Among them,the issue of central air conditioning in office locations once became one of the conditions for approval of resumption of work,and effective disinfection of central air conditioning is imminent.In order to solve the problem of using central air conditioners in office buildings,Nanjing CR Enterprise has used its years of technical reserves in acoustics and deep foundation in aerodynamics and acoustics to launch the "Central Air Conditioner Ultrasonic Online Disinfector" series of products,including disinfection liquid storage devices,ultrasonic atomizers,control systems,etc.,which can easily access the original air-conditioning system and eliminate viruses in the air in the office environment,Effectively solve the problems of traditional disinfection methods such as dead corners,limited timeliness,and low efficiency.The new product developed by Nanjing CR enterprises-the central air conditioning ultrasonic online sterilizer-has been unanimously recognized by the government and society since it was put into use.This has led many well-known air conditioning brands to smell business opportunities and invest a lot of manpower and material resources to start the research and development of disinfection equipment using central air conditioning,which has greatly affected the market competition of new products of Nanjing CR enterprises.In the process of research,this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of new product marketing in Nanjing CR enterprises,focusing on exploring their performance in formulating marketing strategies,and providing scientific and reasonable improvement suggestions for the shortcomings and shortcomings.Based on sales data,it is found that the main buyers of online disinfectors for central air conditioners are government organizations and large complexes.Therefore,before the research,this article first collects and collates relevant information on organizational marketing,with the purpose of laying the foundation for in-depth analysis of the new product marketing environment of Nanjing CR enterprises from a theoretical perspective.Secondly,it summarizes relevant research at home and abroad,Finally,different research methods are introduced to further explore the implementation of new product marketing strategies for Nanjing CR enterprises.In order to find out more comprehensively and accurately the current marketing strategy problems of the enterprise,this article introduces the 4Ps theory to implement the search,and analyzes the performance of the enterprise in political,economic,technological,and social aspects from the perspective of the external environment.With the assistance of 4Ps theory,SWOT and other analytical methods are used to analyze the identified issues,and marketing strategies that are conducive to the development of the enterprise are given based on the development trend and strategic objectives of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the current problems of enterprises,this article proposes effective measures to ensure the implementation of new product marketing strategies for Nanjing CR enterprises,including measures of organization,measures of personnel,and measures of organizational culture.This article concludes with a summary of the findings and shortcomings of the full text,and prospects for the future.This has some practical guiding significance in guiding Nanjing CR companies to implement more effective marketing strategies for new products in the future,thereby increasing their competitiveness in the marketplace.
