The intensive,organizational,specialized and socialized characteristics of the new-type agricultural management subject determine its important position in agricultural production activities.It is a bridge and link between the government and agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and can have a key impact on agricultural modernization.At present,in the process of deepening the reform of the corps,the comprehensive reform of corps yard is the basis of all the reform work and the most important and challenging part of the reform process.The success or failure of the reform is related to the success or failure of the corps’ overall reform.At the same time,it is closely related to the vital interests of all the Corps staff and workers.In addition to the introduction,the author has five main contents in the article arrangement:The first part is about the collation and analysis of the concepts and related theoretical foundations of the new agricultural management subjects.Its content mainly includes scale economy theory,land circulation theory,modern agricultural development theory and agricultural industrialization theory.The second part is an overview of the current situation of the development of the main body of new agricultural management in the 6th Division of the Corps.Firstly,it introduces the geographical resources and social and economic situation of the Sixth Division.Secondly,it analyses the policy support of the new agricultural operators of the Sixth Division under the current environment of the Corps.Finally,it focuses on the statistics of the basic development of agricultural cooperatives,farmers and agricultural enterprises of the Sixth Division.The results show that the Sixth Division has the largest number of farmers,2970,followed by agricultural and industrial cooperatives,which are about 658,and the smallest number is agricultural companies,which have established 14.The third part is the power release of each new agricultural management subject in the reform of the sixth division and regiment farm.From the perspectives of workers,agricultural companies,agricultural cooperatives and farmers,typical case studies were used to analyze the different impacts of the reform of farms on the new agricultural operators.It is found that compared with ordinary farmer households,the new type of agricultural operators have the advantages of high level of agricultural production,large scale and good quality of products.At the same time,the big farmers,agricultural cooperatives and leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have their own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,we must adopt the model of "leading enterprises + agricultural cooperatives + workers" to give full play to the comparative advantages of all kinds of operators.Potential,so as to better realize the cultivation and development of the new agricultural management main body of the Sixth Normal University,and then realize the modernization of the Sixth Normal University’s agriculture.The fourth part is the main problems faced by the new-type agricultural operators of the 6th Division of the Corps in the process of development.This part mainly focuses on the common problems faced by new agricultural operators(difficulties in land transfer and centralization,financing,low level of agricultural socialization services and insufficient coverage,and lagging agricultural insurance)and the problems faced by new agricultural operators themselves.The fifth part is the countermeasure and path choice for the development of new agricultural management subjects in the Sixth Normal University.Firstly,at the micro level,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems faced by the new agricultural management subjects in the development process proposed in the fourth part,which mainly include improving the circulation system of rural land contractual management rights,improving rural financial services,improving the level of agricultural socialization services,strengthening supervision and management,strengthening the standardization construction of agricultural and industrial cooperatives,and increasing the knowledge of cooperatives.The propaganda of knowledge should be strengthened,the construction of talents team of agricultural and industrial cooperatives should be accelerated,the structure should be optimized,the integration of the first,second and third industries should be promoted,the quality should be emphasized,the brand should be created,the strategy of going out should be implemented,and the market competitiveness of agricultural products should be improved.Secondly,in the macro aspect,it puts forward the development path choice of the new agricultural management subject of the Six Normal Colleges as a whole.It mainly includes vigorously developing agricultural and industrial cooperatives,actively guiding agricultural companies to integrate with the market,strengthening the development of "Internet +" order agriculture,and guiding the development of new agricultural business entities in various forms. |
