Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Rural Inclusive Finance Development In Shandong Province

According to the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC,we will further promote the policy of providing financial support to agriculture and benefiting agriculture,and further strengthen the investment guarantee for the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.We will fully ensure that investment from the central government budget is given more priority to agriculture and rural areas,and continue to prioritize agriculture and rural areas in the general public budget.We will further improve the long-term mechanism for pooling and integrating agriculture-related funds,and support local governments in issuing general and special bonds for the development of modern agricultural facilities and rural development.Based on this,this paper will comprehensively measure the rural inclusive finance development index of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2021 from two aspects: the evaluation of rural inclusive finance development in Shandong Province and the study of influencing factors,and adopt dynamic evolution analysis to conduct a scientific evaluation of rural inclusive finance from two aspects: index change and development gap.Based on the perspective of macro environment,the influencing factors such as macro economy,government regulation,urban-rural income gap,infrastructure,investment environment and credit environment are selected for empirical study.According to the actual situation of Shandong Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural inclusive finance and eliminate regional differences:1.Deepen supply-side reform and promote the development of rural financial ecology in Shandong Province.2.Strengthen government guidance to expand the demand for inclusive finance in rural Shandong Province.3.Improve the market mechanism system to ensure the high efficiency of rural inclusive finance development.4.Strengthen innovation and guide the sound development of inclusive finance in rural areas.
