With the increasingly fierce economic globalization and international competition,China’s economy has entered a period of rapid development,and the living standards and quality of life of residents have shown an upward trend.At the same time,residents’ awareness of healthy food and comprehensive nutrition is gradually increasing,and the demand is strong day by day,so the consumer field has ushered in a new round of opportunities to turn around.With the emergence of new economic models,the food industry is facing increasingly fierce challenges.Under the impact of product homogenization,the competitive pressure between enterprises is also increasing.If dairy companies want to excel in this competitive environment,they need to innovate and reform their models,and explore new ways and means of management.Performance evaluation is the focus of the current survival and development of enterprises.It plays an important role in monitoring the achievement of corporate strategy,driving corporate change,and maximizing employee value.However,most of the current dairy industry uses traditional performance evaluation methods.This approach largely ignores the impact and value of non-financial metrics on company performance,resulting in a disconnect between performance evaluation and strategic objectives.To address this problem,the Strategic Balanced Scorecard was proposed and widely used.It integrates financial indicators and non-financial indicators,evaluates the operation of enterprises in a multi-directional and objective manner,and effectively solves the problem of disconnection between traditional performance evaluation and strategic goals.This thesis selects Product R&D Center of Ambient Department of B Dairy,a well-known domestic dairy enterprise,as the research object,and analyzes and interprets its strategic transformation in detail based on the application practice of the strategic balanced scorecard,and shows that the strategic transformation of Product R&D Center of Ambient Department of B Dairy is successful,but at the same time,there is still room for optimization and improvement,so it is hoped that through the company’s practice,it will provide reference and inspiration for the strategic transformation of other enterprises At the same time,we also hope that through this case,we will continue to explore the establishment of the most suitable strategic evaluation mechanism for food enterprises.
