| Digital economy has become the main direction of economic transformation in the new era.Modern financial technologies,such as big data,cloud intelligence and artificial intelligence,promote the development and transformation of various industries around the world.Relying on modern digital breakthroughs and the advantages of Internet platform,the securities industry is also seeking digital transformation of wealth management from traditional businesses,and realizing the innovation of securities business,securities services,securities products and securities processes related to the securities industry.As far as the performance of China’s securities industry is concerned,many securities companies are transforming into digital financial service providers for wealth management.C Securities Company has also made preliminary explorations in the digital transformation of its wealth management business,such as setting up wealth management centers,building wealth management platforms,integrating into financial technology systems,and building online and offline support service platforms.However,the process of transformation can’t be achieved overnight.Influenced by the domestic and international economic environment,especially by the COVID-19 epidemic since2020,C Securities Company has a long way to go to achieve a stable and efficient digital transformation of wealth management business.Based on the research results of financial management business and financial technology transformation of securities companies at home and abroad,this thesis sorts out the current development status of wealth management business of C securities company,and its main problems include that the experience of digital product design is not as good as customers’ expectations,digital customer acquisition channels are imperfect,digital services are inaccurate,and digital financial system is imperfect.Then it studies and analyzes the main reasons for the above problems in the digital transformation of wealth management business of C Securities Company,including the lack of product innovation,fuzzy customer classification standards,and late application of financial technology.Combined with the related theories of digital transformation of wealth management business in securities industry and the situation of securities companies themselves,this thesis puts forward the strategic choice and safeguard measures to further promote the digital transformation of wealth management business in C securities company from the perspective of digital transformation,including perfecting product system,broadening customer acquisition channels,cultivating professionals and strengthening financial technology empowerment.It is hoped that the research on the digital empowerment transformation of wealth management business of C Securities Company can also provide reference for other securities companies in the industry. |
