Study On The Income Increase Of Farmers And Herdsmen In Hulunbuir Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalisation strategy reflects the importance that the Party attaches to the "three rural issues",and its implementation has pointed the way for rural development in the new era.Promoting and improving the rural revitalisation strategy in ethnic areas is an important step in the new era to follow and improve the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics,promote industrialisation and intensive development in agricultural and pastoral areas,and consolidate and deepen the achievements in poverty eradication.In border ethnic areas,we must guide local farmers and herdsmen to gradually better transform their unique ecological and environmental advantages,cultural development advantages,resources and locational advantages into economic development advantages,and help the region achieve long-term stability and high-quality development.The report of the 19 th Party Congress first put forward the rural revitalisation strategy.Taking advantage of this opportunity,Hulunbuir City,as an ethnic region,attaches great importance to the guiding and leading role of the rural revitalisation strategy,and has made great efforts to develop the economy of rural and pastoral areas and enhance the income of farmers and herdsmen by grasping the weaknesses,mending the shortcomings and improving quality and efficiency,and its results are remarkable.However,when we look at the region and beyond,especially when compared with areas such as Xiaogang Village in the south where the rural collective economy is developed,there is still a certain gap in the income of farmers and herdsmen.This paper takes Hulunbuir City agricultural and pastoral area as an example.Firstly,it sorts out and summarizes the historical evolution of the income of farmers and herdsmen in Hulunbuir City.Secondly,it compares and analyzes the current situation of the income of urban residents,summarizes its development characteristics,and provides practical basis for further improving the income of farmers and herdsmen in Hulunbuir City under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Thirdly,by analyzing the factors that restrict the income increase of farmers and herdsmen in Hulunbuir City and the factors that affect the slow income increase of farmers and herdsmen;After that,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the income increase of farmers and herdsmen in Hulunbuir City.Finally,based on the analysis and research of the above parts,combined with the income status of farmers and herdsmen in Hulunbuir City and related theories,put forward several suggestions to further promote the income of farmers and herdsmen: first,build a modernized agricultural and animal husbandry production system to improve production efficiency and enhance the operational income of farmers and herdsmen;Second,promote the infrastructure construction of circulation link in rural and pastoral areas to increase the marketing income of agricultural,livestock and forestry products;Third,focus on cultivating potential agricultural,livestock and forest product brands to improve the operational income of farmers and herdsmen;Fourth,form a reasonable ecological industrial structure to promote rural revitalization and boost the income of farmers and herdsmen.The research results of this paper have reference significance for improving the income of farmers and herdsmen,consolidating,deepening and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,and helping rural revitalization,and have practical significance for further promoting the income increase process of farmers and herdsmen in Hulunbuir City under the background of rural revitalization strategy.
