| The No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the CPC in 2023 pointed out that we must unswervingly address the "three rural" issues as the top priority of the work of the whole party,and comprehensively promote rural revitalization with the strength of the whole party and society.Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives has ushered in unprecedented policy and era opportunities.Industrial prosperity is the key and primary task of rural revitalization.As the main form of new agricultural management entities,farmers’ professional cooperatives are also an inevitable choice and effective carrier of rural revitalization strategies.As a major agricultural county,Qixia City has a solid foundation and a large number of professional farmers’ cooperatives.They have played a positive role in providing services,developing industries,and connecting markets,laying a solid foundation for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,various influencing factors currently restrict the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Qixia City.Therefore,this article takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background and takes the influencing factors of the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Qixia City as the research object to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research.The main research steps are as follows: Firstly,elaborate on the concepts and interrelationships of farmers’ professional cooperatives and rural revitalization strategies in Qixia City;Secondly,to sort out the influencing factors and functions of the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in domestic and foreign literature,and to comprehensively understand the research status of farmers’ professional cooperatives;Once again,conducting practical research on the current development and operation status of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Qixia City,using a questionnaire survey to collect the current development and operation status of cooperatives and related influencing factors.Then,using a binary logistic regression model analysis,from five aspects: human resources,funding sources,brand construction,marketing channels,and operation management of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Qixia City,Research and analysis have identified 10 influencing factors,including aging population,low educational level,difficulty in financing,unstable returns,weak brand awareness,low product quality,limited marketing channels,poor market grasp,inadequate systems,and inadequate supervision;Finally,according to the factors influencing the development of Qixia farmers’ professional cooperatives,the paper proposes to broaden financing channels and establish a Financial innovation mechanism;Explore regional advantages and vigorously promote brand building;Strengthen product competitiveness and expand product marketing channels;Cultivate new types of professional farmers and improve the main guarantee mechanism;Optimize the internal operating mechanism,strictly implement incentive policies,and other five aspects of 10 countermeasures and suggestions,providing ideas for the healthy and orderly development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Qixia City in the future. |
