Research On Digital Transformation And Value Creation Of Enterprises

In recent years,with the Party Central Committee and The State Council clearly pointing out in the 14 th Five-Year Plan to build new advantages of China’s digital economy,to promote the comprehensive and deep integration of digital technology and industrial economy,more and more enterprises realize that the application of digital technology is of great significance for enterprises to achieve value creation,one after another to join the tide of digital transformation.Among them,based on the basic national conditions of China’s aging population and the gradual strengthening of people’s awareness of their own health,the pharmaceutical circulation industry is releasing a huge market potential.At the same time,with the introduction of medical reform policies and the deepening of people’s dependence on digital medical,the traditional medicine distribution industry is facing the urgent need for transformation.Therefore,the influence of the digital transformation experience of the pharmaceutical circulation industry on the enterprise value creation is of great significance,which helps enterprises to timely adjust their business strategies in the process of digital transformation with their own development as the center,so as to maximize the enterprise value.This paper selects Join Town as the case enterprise,intends to use literature analysis method and case study method,based on value chain theory,process reengineering theory and stakeholder theory,to explore the way of value creation ability of Join Town in digital transformation,and then analyzes the value creation ability of Join Town in digital transformation.The research of this paper shows that:(1)In the sales operation link,Join Town actively expands the customer source and stabilizes customers by opening up online sales channels and developing offline remote rural markets.(2)In the logistics and distribution link,Join Town has established a digital one-stop logistics and distribution platform to improve the turnover efficiency of goods.(3)In the link of digital platform construction,Join Town has set up a number of digital work platforms,such as financial sharing center and FBBC service platform,which simplifies the work flow,improves the office speed,and achieves cost reduction and efficiency increase.(4)In the link of operation and management,Join Town takes advantage of the existing digital advantages to establish the integrated distribution mode of characteristic medicine and improve the industrial digital service ability.The value creation ability of enterprises has been significantly improved.The successful case of digital transformation of Join Town not only provides experience for traditional medicine circulation enterprises to carry out digital transformation,but also provides reference for other industries with similar needs.
