With the rapid development of the Internet,electronic devices have gradually changed the habits of more and more consumers.The State Council emphasized in the "14th Five-Year Plan" that the digital economy,agricultural economy and industrial economy are the three major economic forms in China,and the digital economy is the most important economic form at present,and digital transformation is the main driving force for the development of the digital economy.Therefore,it is necessary to actively promote the digital transformation of enterprises,strengthen the digital thinking of enterprises,improve the digital skills and data management capabilities of employees,cultivate data-driven intelligent decision-making capabilities,and guide enterprises to improve their overall operational efficiency.Therefore,in order to adapt to the wave of digital economy,the traditional apparel retail industry must focus on the needs of its customers and use data technology and information technology to digitally transform its corporate business such as product development,online and offline dual-channel marketing,supply chain collaboration,and inventory,thus prompting the enterprise to reach a full-business,full-process digital transformation.Through the deep integration of online and offline to improve consumer stickiness and thus improve the overall performance of the enterprise,and promote the quality of life consumption upgrade.Digital transformation from point to point enables enterprises to better use digital technology to integrate their resources and respond quickly to market and consumer needs,thus seizing limited market opportunities,improving core competitiveness and laying the foundation for enterprise value creation.This paper takes Bosideng as the research object,adopts a case study approach,builds a theoretical analysis framework based on enterprise strategy theory,process reengineering theory,resource base theory and empowerment theory,and further systematically analyzes Bosideng’s digital transformation of "three-dimensional layout of online business,digital intelligence transformation of fashion pioneers,intelligent R&D and manufacturing system,comprehensive promotion of dual-channel integration,precise We analyze the digital transformation process of Bosideng,analyze the motivation and feasibility of its digital transformation,find out the reasons why the company has become the industry leader,and explain the importance of digital transformation and its positive impact on Bosideng’s performance from different perspectives.In order to better improve the development prospect of Bosideng and even the whole traditional retail apparel industry,a series of insights and suggestions are put forward to help Bosideng create more comprehensive value,and to provide insights and suggestions for the whole traditional retail apparel industry to take reasonable steps in the digital transformation stage and improve the value creation ability of enterprises.We hope to help Bosideng create more comprehensive value and also provide insights and suggestions for the whole traditional retail apparel industry to take a reasonable step in the digital transformation stage and improve the enterprise value creation ability.
