Research On The Relationship Between Logistics Capability,supply Chain Integration And Firm Performance Under The Background Of New Retail

With the advent of the digital economy era,consumers’ requirements for shopping methods and experiences are constantly increasing,and the traditional retail model can no longer meet the diversified needs of consumers,so the new retail model has emerged.As more and more new retail enterprises enter the market,the competition between enterprises has changed to the competition between supply chains,which means that enterprises need to seek improvements in all aspects of the supply chain to reduce costs and better meet customer needs.Therefore,supply chain management has become the key for enterprises to create value in the supply chain,and logistics capabilities and supply chain integration have become an important source of competitive advantage for enterprises.According to the resource base theory and dynamic capability theory,logistics capability,as the key ability of new retail enterprises to support the distribution and connection of products in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain and between different channels,can affect the performance of enterprises by influencing the supply chain integration of enterprises.Therefore,on the basis of previous research and related theories,this paper divides logistics capability into three dimensions: basic logistics operation capability,logistics information capability and logistics value-added service capability,and divides supply chain integration into three dimensions: external integration,customer integration and internal integration,and then establishes a theoretical model between logistics capability,supply chain integration and enterprise performance.The data was collected in the form of a questionnaire,followed by empirical research on the mechanism of action between variables through structural equation model,and the mediating role of supply chain integration in the model was analyzed.The results show that logistics capability and supply chain integration have a significant impact on enterprise performance.Moreover,supply chain integration has a partial mediating role between the impact of logistics capabilities on enterprise performance.This study deeply discusses the role path of logistics capability to enterprise performance,and the research results provide theoretical support and practical guidance for new retail enterprises to reduce costs,improve logistics capabilities and supply chain management,and achieve highquality development.
