As a branch of the traditional financial industry,banks have been facing the impact of economic globalization and the development of information technology in recent years.Fintech companies are developing rapidly.This top-down pressure is transmitted to bank employees.Enterprise employees are likely to be exhausted and long-term pressure due to being in a high-pressure environment for a long time.If there is no relief from other channels,it is very easy to cause job burnout.In recent years,job burnout has also become one of the hotspots that scholars focus on and discuss.This article adopts literature retrieval method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and other methods,selects TS Rural Commercial Bank employees as the survey objects,and analyzes the current situation of TS Rural Commercial Bank employees’ job burnout and the influencing factors of job burnout.The causes of burnout are discussed,and targeted improvement measures are put forward based on the research conclusions.The study found that the causes of job burnout of TS Rural Commercial Bank employees mainly include environmental factors,work factors and employee factors.Among them,environmental factors mainly involve organizational support,salary design and promotion mechanism;work factors include work pressure,job challenge and innovation,and work authorization issues;employees’ own factors include career planning,employee self-positioning and self-regulation.The article puts forward targeted improvement measures from three aspects: environmental factors,work factors and employees themselves: in terms of environmental factors,improve the promotion path,improve the salary system,and strengthen organizational support.;In terms of work factors,improve work intensity and enrich work content;in terms of employees’ own factors,cultivate emotional adjustment ability,clarify self-positioning,and guide employees’ career planning.Through these systematic improvement measures,the job burnout situation of TS Rural Commercial Bank employees will be improved,the work efficiency of employees will be improved,and the level of banking business will be improved. |
