Research On The Financial Control Mode Of C Group Company From The Perspective Of Business And Financial Integration

In the past three decades,China’s economy has been developing at a fast pace,and the overall situation has been steadily improving,but the market competition has become increasingly fierce,and many enterprises have started to venture into new industries on the basis of focusing on their main business development.Nowadays,the digital transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable trend,and important changes have occurred in the field of finance.On the one hand,the integration of industry and finance has gradually become an important way to create value for enterprises and give them new vitality;on the other hand,the application of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence has forced the change of financial control mode.On the other hand,the application of digital technology such as big data and artificial intelligence forces the change of financial control model.Taking C Group Company as the research object,this paper mainly follows the logic of identifying problems,analyzing them and solving them.On the basis of compiling and summarizing previous theories and literature on financial control of group companies,we firstly introduce the current situation of the company’s financial control model,adopt a combination of field research and questionnaire survey to identify and sort out the problems existing in the current financial control model,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems according to the framework of financial integration.Secondly,through field research,we understand the control requirements of the company’s management,and based on the classification of financial control models and the factors affecting the selection of financial control models introduced in the previous section,we select a financial control model for C Group Company that matches the current development stage.After that,the research on the construction of a financial control model suitable for the enterprise from the perspective of financial integration is carried out to control the key control points in the process of financial control.Based on the framework of financial integration,specific financial control measures are formulated at four levels,namely,target level,content level,method level and support level,with the aim of improving the separation of business and finance,helping finance personnel to transform their functions and promoting the improvement of financial control capability on this basis.Finally,to summarize and outlook the whole article,the financial control model constructed at this stage still needs to be adjusted dynamically according to the changes of the internal and external environment of the group company in order to bring out the best control effect.This study is expected to further enrich the related research in the field of financial integration and financial control,and provide a useful perspective for the construction of financial control model from the perspective of financial integration,hoping to provide some reference and significance for similar group companies in deepening financial integration and improving financial control ability.
