| Under the new normal of economic development,to realize structural transformation and upgrading of the Chinese economy and promote innovation-driven development and strengthening of the chain,the key point is to solve the "bottleneck" problems in core technologies,equipment,materials and other areas.As an important force of research and development innovation in the subdivision field,Specialized,Refinement,Differential and Innovation(SRDI)Enterprises can focus on deep subdivision market,and continue to improve production technology and management level,presenting the overall characteristics and advantages of strong innovation ability,master key core technologies,excellent quality and benefit,and have become an important support for the high quality development of Chinese manufacturing industry.As "SRDI " has become a national policy and capital has gradually tilted to the field of high-tech innovation,"SRDI" type listed companies have become an important force to boost China’s economic development.On this basis,it is necessary to explore the development and growth path and growth effect of China’s specialized and innovative enterprises after listing,which can make it examine the advantages and disadvantages of post-listing management and strategic layout.Help enterprises to optimize the future development route.The case study of this paper is Hunan Jinbo Carbon Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Jinbo Shares"),to explore the high growth ability of this SRDI "little giant" enterprises,and to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its growth performance under the specialized,specialized and innovative path.As a carbon-based material production company,with the help of strong technology research and development capability,Jinbo Shares has positioned its products in the application of thermal field materials in the photovoltaic field,achieved high specialization and high precision,and entered the fast lane of rapid development.On May 18,2020,Jimbo was listed in the STAR of SHSE.With the increase of stakeholders,the entry of industry competitors and the continuous progress of industry technology,Jinbo Shares began to deploy the next strategic layout,hoping to extend the enterprise technology application scenario,build a platform enterprise,and realize transformation and upgrading.After listing,how to continue the strategic positioning of SRDI path,how to maintain the high growth of the enterprise in the future development,has become the most important thing in the development of this "little giant" enterprises in the new stage.In this paper,combined with the growth characteristics of SRDI Enterprises,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct a growth performance evaluation system for this case,which contains 22 financial and non-financial dimensions indicators,determine the weight of each indicator,score each indicator from 2019 to 2021,and comprehensively evaluate its growth performance before and after listing.Through an evaluation analysis of Jinbo Shares,it summarizes the problems limiting its future development from the growth Angle of SRDI Enterprises after listing,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the growth and development of other SRDI Enterprises after listing in our country.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:By evaluating the growth potential of Jinbo Shares,it can be seen that they still maintain a high possibility of growth after going public.The specialized,refined,and innovative development path has accumulated sufficient growth potential for Jinbo Shares.After going public,by appropriately extending its industrial layout,Jinbo Group has laid out new strategic plans on the basis of consolidating its existing niche market.However,in the face of new challenges and opportunities after going public,the weaknesses of Jinbo Stock’s operation and management have gradually emerged.Only by clarifying the growth path and focusing on providing better technology,quality,and brand strength can we continue to create market advantages and consolidate our market leadership position. |
