| Driven by economic globalization, China’s economic growth rapidly, people’s livingstandards have markedly improved. However, economic have developed, instability factoralso appear. such as, serious environmental pollution, soil desertification, air leakage.People’s physical and mental health is endangered, which is not meet China’s sustainabledevelopment. Enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation appears when marketeconomy develops to a certain stage. And they are scientific methods and effective means toregulate the business. Aluminum industry is a emphasis industry of energy saving. Enterprisecomprehensive performance evaluation of aluminum industry should according to theircharacteristics, and combine the company’s energy saving situation and production activitiesto evaluate, so that it can help to improve the quality of the aluminum industrydevelopment.Based on these, We use theory and empirical research methods to research，first wereviewed related literature that domestic and international about emissions reduction and theenterprise comprehensive performance evaluation in this article. Next, expounds the somebasic theory of enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation under saving and emissionreduction.the main energy is that some basic concepts of enterprise comprehensiveperformance evaluation under saving and emission reduction and the theory of enterprisecomprehensive performance evaluation. In the above theory, based on the enterprisescomprehensive performance evaluation system’s construction principle, and used a balancedscorecard approach to set the framework of a comprehensive evaluation system that Suitablefor aluminum industry in China. Finally The Yunnan aluminum share Co., LTD as a casestudy object, and on the basis of the Settings framework, using effect coefficient methodobtained the results of the evaluation and the analysis of the results. |
