| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has always emphasized that the Chinese economy has entered the stage of "high-quality development",and a scientific,comprehensive and objective performance evaluation system plays an important role in the company’s high-quality development.As a non-bank financial institution integrating industry and finance,financial companies generally lack a complete set of unique performance evaluation systems and methods in China.How to correctly,scientifically and reasonably evaluate and improve the performance of group financial companies has become an urgent problem to be solved.Although financial companies and commercial banks are both financial institutions,the service objects of financial companies are mainly enterprise groups and their member units,which are not socially oriented,and the financial services they provide are designed according to the needs of enterprise groups and member units.Therefore,when evaluating the performance of a financial company,it cannot be evaluated completely according to the model of a commercial bank,nor can it be completely evaluated according to the general enterprise in the group.It is necessary to start from the functional orientation of the financial company itself and combine its own characteristics to construct a performance system.JT Financial Company currently does not have its own performance evaluation system,and only uses profit as the company’s performance evaluation index.This method cannot meet the company’s high-quality development needs.This paper aims to build a perfect,comprehensive and objective performance evaluation system for JT Financial Company.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign literature,analyzes the achievements of performance evaluation system construction,and then summarizes the related concepts of financial company,performance evaluation,performance evaluation system,which lays the literature foundation and theoretical foundation for the construction of JT financial company performance evaluation system.This paper builds a performance evaluation system and organizational system for JT Financial Company.Also,on the basis of taking into account the financial,enterprise and industrial characteristics of the financial company,this paper fully considers the current situation and industry characteristics of JT financial company,and develops a four-dimensional performance evaluation system for JT financial company that integrates risk prevention and control dimension,service group target dimension,development quality dimension and management efficiency dimension.By evaluating the performance level of JT Financial Company in the past four years,and comparing it with the situation of performance evaluation based solely on profits,the advantages of the performance evaluation system are determined.Through the application of performance evaluation results,it is found that JT Financial Company has room for improvement in the dimensions of risk prevention and control,service group goals,development quality and operating benefits,and suggestions for improvement are given.In the future,in order to enable the performance evaluation system to be effectively promoted and implemented in JT Financial Company,JT Financial Company should also provide guarantees for the implementation of the performance evaluation system from the aspects of corporate culture,technology and personnel. |
