Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Mile City Of Honghe Prefecture Based On Coupling Coordination Analysis

The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the rural revitalization strategy for the first time,and the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also proposed promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way.Therefore,effectively solving the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a key step to realize rural revitalization.Under the background of the current agricultural industrial structure adjustment and rapid development of tourism,the development of agricultural tourism and the cultivation of new business forms integrating agriculture and tourism can effectively expand the extension of the local agricultural industry chain,drive the transformation and upgrading of local tourism,and thus promote rural revitalization.This paper composes the concept of agro-tourism integration and takes the theory of agricultural multifunctionality,industrial integration and coupling and coordination as the theoretical basis of the study.On the one hand,the field research method is used to analyze the conditions,types and dynamics of the development of agro-tourism integration in Mile City,and to find out the problems in the development process;on the other hand,the coupling and coordination model is used to construct eight evaluation indicators for the agricultural system and the tourism system respectively,and then objectively evaluate the evaluation scores of the agricultural system and the tourism system.On the other hand,using the coupling coordination model,we constructed eight evaluation indicators for each of the agricultural and tourism systems,and then objectively evaluated the overall evaluation scores of the agricultural and tourism systems as well as the levels of coupling coordination between the two,so as to provide a reference basis for the suggestions of countermeasures for the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in Mile.The results of the evaluation of the integrated development of agro-tourism in Mile City were obtained through the empirical analysis of the coupling coordination degree:(1)The combined evaluation scores of the agricultural system and tourism industry show a fast-growing development trend in the levels of development of agriculture and tourism over the six-year period,from 0.1253 in 2016 to 0.9164 in2021 for the agricultural system and from 0.0237 in 2016 to 0.8723 in 2021 for the tourism system.(2)The coupling degree of agro-tourism integration shows that the overall coupling degree of agro-tourism in Mile City has a continuous growth trend,from 0.7317 to 0.9996 between 2016 and 2021,among which,the growth rate is larger and coupling rate is faster from 2017 to 2018,In 2020,affected by COVID-19 pandemic,The development of agro-tourism integration almost stagnated,resulting in slow growth and a downward inflection point in agro-tourism coupling,but then showed a slow growth trend from the end of 2020 to 2021,and the agro-tourism coupling in 2021 was higher than that in 2019.(3)The coupling coordination degree of agro-tourism shows that the coupling coordination degree of agro-tourism integration in Mile City shows an increasing trend year by year between 2016 and2021.Among them,the growth from 2016 to 2018 was larger,from 0.2334 to 0.6910,and the coupling of agro-tourism integration was coordinated at a faster rate.Despite the high growth over the six-year period,the levels of agro-tourism coupling coordination only reached the levels of good coordination in 2021.Through field research and analysis of the current situation of the development of agro-tourism integration in Mile City,as well as the measurement of the levels of development of agro-tourism integration in Mile City by applying the coupling coordination degree,the following problems were found to exist in the process of its development:(1)low integration of agriculture and tourism;(2)low quality infrastructure and imperfect supporting facilities in tourist attractions;(3)lack of specialized talents in agro-tourism integration;(4)lack of innovative agro-tourism integration products.The author proposes countermeasures to promote the development of agro-tourism integration in Mile City:(1)improve the comprehensive service system of agro-tourism integration development;(2)build high-quality infrastructure in tourist attractions;(3)cultivate specialized talents for agro-tourism integration;(4)create the destination brand of "ecological tourism,recreation and health Mile".
