Study On The Coordinated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Henan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

On October 18,2017,at the party’s 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the rural revitalization strategy.Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a powerful grip to solve the imbalance between urban and rural development and inadequate rural development.It is of great significance in the crucial period of building a well-off society and building a socialist modernization power.The coordinated and coordinated development of agriculture and tourism is an effective way to achieve rural revitalization,pointing out the direction for rural revitalization.The coupling forms of rural tourism and leisure agriculture strongly promote the development of rural areas.The rural revitalization strategy is a relatively new topic.How to realize the coupling and coordinated development of agriculture and tourism in the context of rural revitalization,domestic research is still relatively rare,especially in combination with specific situations.At present,regional economic growth is inseparable from the development of two major industries,agriculture and tourism.Under the reality that the agricultural industry is upgrading and the tourism industry is the driving force of economic growth,realizing the coupling and coordinated development of agriculture and tourism is a key issue for industrial integration and a realistic problem that needs to be solved in the development of agriculture and tourism.Therefore,the method of measuring the degree of coupling and development of agriculture and tourism has become the focus of industrial integration research.This paper takes Henan Province as the research object.On the basis of exploring the interaction mechanism,coupling subject,coupling mode and coupling bottleneck of agriculture and tourism,it evaluates the level of comprehensive agricultural development from the three levels of industrial input,economic benefit and environmental benefit.The comprehensive development level of tourism is evaluated at three levels: supply level and consumption level.The overall situation of the comprehensive development index of agriculture and tourism in the province is analyzed,and then the development of the overall integration of rural tourism in Henan Province is obtained,and from the time and space level,the paper analyzes and evaluates the coupling and coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in 18 cities in the province,in order to provide corresponding reference for promoting the coordinated development of agricultural tourism in Henan Province.Based on the theory of sustainable development,system theory and industrial integration,this paper takes Arc GIS spatial analysis method and entropy method as research methods,comprehensively applies multidisciplinary theory and analysis methods,quantitatively discusses the coupling phenomenon of agricultural industry and builds coupling.The coordination degree measurement model explores the development law through empirical analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of comprehensive evaluation value,the comprehensive agricultural development index of Henan Province increased from 0.0232 in 2008 to 0.1952 in 2017,and agricultural modernization developed rapidly.The comprehensive tourism development index rose from 0.0031 in 2008 to 0.2014 in 2017,and it has achieved considerable development.In the past ten years,agriculture and tourism in Henan Province have been developing steadily and showing an upward trend.The comprehensive development level of agriculture and tourism in cities and towns is relatively low,and regional differences are large.In 2017,the areas where the comprehensive evaluation value of agriculture and tourism are higher than 0.19 are Luoyang,Pingdingshan,Xinyang and Sanmenxia.The areas where the comprehensive evaluation values of agriculture and tourism differ greatly are Zhengzhou,Hebi,Zhumadian and Jiyuan.The imbalance between agriculture and tourism development is obvious.(2)The coordination degree of agricultural tourism in Henan Province increased from 0.0921 to 0.4453,and experienced a process of transition from disharmony to coordination.The coupling development of agriculture and tourism in the province has evolved from the running-in stage to the high level,and the coupling coordination degree has developed from severe imbalance to barely coordinated.The comprehensive evaluation value of agriculture in Henan Province and the comprehensive evaluation value of tourism are in a stalemate state.In the period of 2008-2017,the coupling degree of agriculture and tourism in Henan Province is relatively stable and at a high level coupling stage.In the past ten years,although the coupling degree of agriculture and tourism in Henan Province is relatively low,it has grown slowly,from serious imbalance to reluctance to coordinate,which is the result of the continuous integration of the two major industries.(3)There are obvious differences in time and space in the process of coupling farmers and cities in various cities of Henan Province.On the time level,the coupling degree of various cities in Henan Province in 2008-2017 is basically in the high-level coupling stage,and the growth rate is faster,and the coupling coordination degree also evolves from offset to coordinated development.The overall development from the 2008 running-in stage to 2017 high.Horizontal coupling state;on the spatial level,the number of regions in different provinces and cities with different coordination and development levels is constantly changing,but the overall trend is toward a good situation.In 2008,all cities and towns in Henan Province were in serious disorder.In 2017,Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Luoyang,Pingdingshan,Anyang,Hebi,Jiaozuo,Xiangyang,Luohe,Sanmenxia,Nanyang,Xinyang and Zhumadian developed reluctantly,and the coupling between regions was obvious but in the gradual reduction,the development of the coupling of agriculture and tourism has formed an agglomeration effect.Finally,based on the above analysis,combined with the development stage of agricultural tourism in Henan Province,this paper proposes a development strategy to promote the coupling and coordination of agricultural tourism:(1)Optimize the structure and promote the internal coupling of agriculture;(2)Upgrade the file,to achieve the new development of rural tourism;(3)Three forces in one,deepen the coupling degree of agriculture and tourism;(4)Function expansion,help the coordination of rural tourism.
