The core competitiveness of the enterprise is the inherent motivation to deal with competition,occupy the market,and obtain profits in the process of development.It can continue to provide enterprises with competitive advantages,which is important for enterprise development.China is a large textile country,and there are also opportunities in the global textile industry.Textile companies have a broad market.Therefore,it is significance to recognize that its core competitiveness status and continuously improve their core competitiveness and continuously improve their core competitiveness to maintain their advantages in the fierce market competition and win initiative.This article takes the SM enterprise of the textile industry as the research object,takes the cultivating and improving the core competitiveness of SM enterprises as the research purpose.On the basis of related theories such as corporate core competitiveness,the use of 5R analysis method analyzed the current status of enterprise development,and analyzed the external environment,competitive environment and its own advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise using PEST model,five-force models,and SWOT analysis models.The use of fuzzy hierarchical analysis(FAHP)analyzed and evaluated the core competitiveness of SM enterprises,and the result of its core competitiveness was general.On this basis,in-depth analysis found key issues and reasons that affect the core competitiveness of SM enterprises.According to the results of the evaluation,combined with SM companies’ problems in improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise,the company’s core competitiveness cultivation and improvement of the company’s core competitiveness,that is,the innovation of corporate governance,including the establishment of an independent technology research and development center,and build a self-managed team model to support grassroots work innovation;Strengthen the construction of talent teams,including focusing on the introduction of technical research and development talents,strengthening employees to motivate retaining outstanding talents,and strengthening the competency management of employees;Internal and external promotion of technological research and development innovation,including actively carrying out cross-organization technology alliances,strengthening financial support for technology research and development innovation,and implementing imitation innovation;Innovating marketing methods,including network marketing and inviting customers to participate in clothing product design.These countermeasures to enhance core competitiveness have certain reference significance for SM enterprises,and have certain reference value for other similar companies.
