The Core Competitiveness Of Textile Enterprises To Build And Countermeasures

Textile industry is one of our country's traditional manufacturing which have obvious relative predominance.A fter developing for near 30 years since reform and openness, textile industry has already finished transition from infant industry to adult one,and every part of industry chain cooperates each other,then it becomes perfect by consisting of cotton,wool,hemp,silk,chemical fiber,garmenture and textile machine.At present,our country has been a large textile country,but not a stronge one.If we want to accomplish the trasition from large to strong,it is nessasary to construct core competence of Textile enterprise in our country to upgrade entire quality of textile industry.This paper makes use of doing research on theory of core competence of textile enterprise to analysis textile industry.And the problem influencing the surviving and developing of textile enterprise in our country is identified and analyzed,and the countermeasure of upgrading competence of textile enterprise is set down based on character,status quo and developing trend of textile enterprise.This paper is divided into seven parts:Firstly,it introduces background,content,method and technic path of the research,and fixes the connotation of core competence of textile enterprise,and explains its characters.Then it introduces several primary identifing methods of core competence of textile enterprise,and suggests the identifying path of core competence of textile enterprise based on character of textile industry.At the same time,it conceives the model of analyzing core competence of textile enterprise,and elementarily discusses the dynamic changing devotion of competing factors.It also makes use of the model of analyzing core competence of textile enterprise to analyze the status quo of textile enterprise in our country,and forecasts the developing trend of textile markets and enterprises.At last it analyzes the path of constructing core competence of textile enterprise,thereout puts forward the countermeasure of constructing core competence of textile enterprise.
