With the continuous development of intelligence,all walks of life are actively carrying out information construction innovation.With the continuous progress and development of intelligent equipment in the banking industry,the way customers handle banking business is also changing,from the traditional service model to the intelligent service model,but no matter how the service model changes,the only constant is the customer first service concept.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the personalized needs of customers in a timely manner,make full use of the advantages of intelligent equipment,and improve customer satisfaction with financial products and services.Therefore,it is necessary for commercial banks to establish a customer satisfaction evaluation index system to further improve the service experience of customers under intelligent equipment,continuously improve the service efficiency of banking industry,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis takes Handan Agricultural and Commercial Bank as an example to study its customer satisfaction under the experience of intelligent equipment.By referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad,the thesis sets survey indicators by means of questionnaires,obtains relevant data,establishes the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction under the experience of intelligent equipment,and uses SPSS software to summarize,classify,analyze and sort relevant data.To find out the problems existing in the use of intelligent equipment,intelligent equipment service environment,intelligent equipment business ability,intelligent equipment service awareness,etc,and put forward effective countermeasures to improve the problems.In terms of the use of smart devices,promote the construction of smart banks,reduce counter dependence,optimize the business types of smart devices,and improve the business handling efficiency of smart devices.In terms of intelligent device service environment,improve the cleanliness of the network and standardize the regional placement of intelligent devices in the network.In terms of smart equipment business capabilities,strengthen the training of employees’ professional knowledge and improve their business management capabilities.In terms of smart device service awareness,we should promote the change of staff service awareness and strengthen the standardized management of staff service.Smart device customer satisfaction,shape a good corporate culture,create special services to enhance information experience,strengthen customer service experience feedback channel management.From these aspects,customers’ satisfaction with the use of intelligent equipment is comprehensively improved,thus improving market competitiveness and network operation efficiency.
