Qingyuan City is located in the central and northern part of Guangdong Province.It is known as the Backyard garden of Guangzhou and the "rice bag" and "vegetable basket" of Guangzhou.In recent years,under the influence of the economic radiation circle of the strategic system of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,under this unprecedented development opportunity,Qingyuan City takes the lead in responding to the call,actively integrating into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and creating 50 billion yuan industries to help rural revitalization.Based on the field survey of the silk and rice industry and the questionnaire survey data of 650 investigators,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the development of the silk and rice industry in Qingyuan,and uses SWOT analysis,industrial clusters,economies of scale theory,brand positioning theories and methods to analyze the problems existing in the development process of Qingyuan silk and rice and puts forward feasible suggestions.Through analysis and summary of the following problems: At present,the development of silk,seedling and rice industry in Qingyuan under the policy incline development gradually shows potential,there are still some advantages in the development of local agricultural industrialization,but there are still many problems to be solved in the process of industrial development.According to the current situation of Qingyuan silk seedling rice industry,combined with the industrial development,this paper puts forward the development of regional public brand of Qingyuan silk seedling rice agricultural products strategic thinking and strategy selection,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the main research conclusions.Based on my research and analysis,I propose the following suggestions: first,use the regional brand of Qingyuan Simiao rice strategically in the whole city;The second is to establish and select the fine varieties of silk seedling rice;Third,unified and standardized scale operation management;Fourth,improve farmers’ enthusiasm in planting silk seedling rice;Fifth,correctly handle the relationship between enterprises and farmers;Sixth,the expansion of various series of products under the brand and improve the industrial chain at all levels;Seven is to formulate the corresponding regional brand publicity and promotion work;Eighth,to create a delicate ecological,agricultural and cultural tourism "rice" line;Ninth,the government continued to increase policy and financial support.
