Research On The Interest Conflict And Cordination Of The Main Stakeholders In The Mixed Reform Of State-owned Enterprises

As an important part of China’s economic development,the government has always attached great importance to the reform of state-owned enterprises.Since developing the reform and development of state-owned enterprises so far,it has reached a critical period,and the reform of mixed ownership also shoulders a higher mission and strategic position.Essencially speaking,the reform of mixed ownership of enterprises is not just a simple mix between different ownership,so the key is to fully coordinate the conflict among stakeholders.But the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises involves many stakeholders,and the interests of all parties will be different or even conflict,which hinders the process of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises.In this context,firstly this paper defines the scope of the main stakeholders of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,and analyzes the motivation and goals of the main stakeholders to participate in the mixed reform based on the relevant literature and theory.By combing the relationship of various stakeholders,this paper expounds the strategies of the main stakeholders to participate in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises.Secondly,on the basis of combing the relationship between the main stakeholders and different ways of participating in the mixed reform,this paper analyzes the conflicts of interest of the main stakeholders,and expounds the response and consequences of the main stakeholders to the conflicts.Thirdly,the case of mixed reform of China Unicom is introduced to confirm the above analysis.Finally,based on the case,this paper summarizes the main coordination methods of interest conflicts among the main stakeholders from the aspects of mixed reform,in the respects of the mode of the reform of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,director and supervisor system,strategic investors,equity incentive and government intervention.In this paper,the interests of different subjects in the process of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises are taken as the starting point to analyze the conflict and coordination between different interest subjects,which provides reference for the follow-up mixed reform of state-owned enterprises and enriches the related research of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises to a certain extent.The coordination and conflict of stakeholders in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises will test the quality and development results of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,which will have an important and far-reaching significance for the future economic development of state-owned enterprises.The demonstration and implementation of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises need to deeply analyze the policy,economy,market environment and the demands and relations of stakeholders,and treat them carefully and implement them structurally.
