Bio-remediation of bio-pharmaceutical innovation failure is a complex activity involving multi-parties,highly integrated resources and susceptible to external environment.It needs to face the uncertainty of structural elements,the complexity of innovation system,the interaction of action relations and the unknown market share,and the whole process is full of high risks.Only by rescuing failed projects can we reduce resource waste and improve innovation efficiency.In this thesis,ecological theory is introduced into innovation activities and features such as integrity,heterogeneity and value sharing are highlighted.The main body composition and resource sharing of innovation failure rescue of bio-pharmaceutical have a high degree of fitting with the basic characteristics of innovation ecosystem.Therefore,it is reasonable to take innovation ecosystem theory as the theoretical basis of this study and explore the path of innovation failure rescue.In this thesis,programmed grounded analysis method is adopted to conduct grounded research on multiple case data such as oxalate platin and Zifudine,and abstract induction of influencing factors of technological innovation failure rescue,and construct a relationship diagram of influencing factors,including(1)innovation subjects: entrepreneurs’ rescue intention,industry-university-research cooperation;(2)Innovation resources: technical capability,social capital,clinical data;(3)Innovation environment: market environment,research and development environment,policy and institutional environment.Clear set qualitative comparative analysis(cs QCA)is used to explore the core factors affecting the recovery of technological innovation failure,and to explain different factor combinations,so as to obtain multiple paths of recovery of failure.Through a series of cs QCA normative operations and irregular combination of eight variables,this study obtained a total of 8 ways to save the failure of bio-pharmaceutical technology innovation.According to the core conditions and edge conditions,the path is further summarized into three rescue modes: single-factor oriented(resource-oriented),two-factor oriented(resource-environment,subject-environment),and all-factor oriented(subject-resource-environment).From the perspective of innovation ecosystem,this thesis explores the elements of the path to rescue bio-pharmaceutical innovation failure,enriches the research perspective and expands the theoretical research boundary,and also provides some reference and help for the rescue of bio-pharmaceutical innovation failure.
