| The increasingly complex international competitive environment,coupled with the countercurrent attacks on the global economy due to the new crown epidemic,in the long run,the lack of core technologies is still a shortcoming of "created in China".Only by stimulating the technological innovation vitality of enterprises can we effectively support the realization of the development strategy of my country’s scientific and technological power.And high-tech enterprises,as the leaders of innovative enterprises,their innovation achievements directly affect the pace of my country’s scientific and technological innovation.Being keenly aware of changes in the external environment,making full use of its own resources,and carrying out innovation in a timely manner is the top priority for an enterprise to take the initiative in market competition.Therefore,in the complex dynamic environment,what are the factors that affect the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises? How do the interactions among various elements drive the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises? What are the characteristics of the synergistic driving path of the elements of enterprise innovation performance? The above questions are the focus of this study.In view of this,this paper relies on the basic theory of institutions,the basic theory of knowledge,the theory of dynamic ability and the theory of synergy,taking72 high-tech enterprises as examples,using the method of qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets to analyze the driving path of the elements of high-tech enterprises’ innovation performance.Research.First,this paper further clarifies the research ideas and theoretical context by sorting out the existing literature and related theories;then,different from the traditional research focusing on the net effect of a single variable,this paper comprehensively considers the synergistic linkage of various elements that affect the innovation performance of enterprises based on relevant theories From the perspective of external environment and internal resources,the configuration research framework of the innovation performance-driven path of high-tech enterprises is constructed,focusing on the introduction of 6 types of antecedent variables and innovation in three dimensions,including institutional environment,knowledge heterogeneity,and absorptive capacity.Finally,this paper uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the synergistic driving path of the aforementioned factors on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises,and how each factor plays a role.The research found that:(1)The level of enterprise innovation performance is affected by the complex interaction of multiple antecedent factors,rather than a single variable;(2)There are three main paths to drive the high innovation performance of high-tech enterprises,namely: the government The leap-forward innovation-driven type that relies on external knowledge-absorptive capacity under the leadership,the leap-forward innovation-driven type that relies on external knowledge-realistic absorptive capacity under relationship leadership,and the utilization innovation-driven type that relies on internal knowledge-absorptive capacity.(3)The paths that drive non-high innovation performance include four categories and six paths,which are asymmetrical to the paths that lead to high innovation performance;(4)In the different driving paths of innovation performance,there are substitution relationships among some antecedent variables.The research conclusions are helpful to provide theoretical reference and constructive guidance for enterprise innovation strategy decision-making. |
