Financial analysis is the scientific analysis and research based on the historical operation data of the enterprise to provide decision-making suggestions for the future development strategy of the enterprise.In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic information technology industry,the non-academic adult education and training of software talents has also entered a period of rapid development.However,affected by changes in the external policy environment and changing market demands,major training institutions are facing increasing pressure from market competition.Using financial analysis method to scientifically analyze and forecast software talent non-academic adult education and training institutions has positive practical significance for training institutions to improve market competitiveness and achieve long-term healthy development.By the use of strategy-oriented Harvard analysis framework,this paper conducts a detailed strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis of A Training School.Aiming at the fact that the school still mainly takes offline training as its core business,the development strategy dilemma of the school is analyzed,and a scientific forecast for the future business development is made,and finally some corresponding solutions are proposed.In the research,the research literature on financial analysis at home and abroad is sorted and analyzed,and the basic concepts involved in the research work and the basic theory of the Harvard analysis framework are introduced.And the development characteristics of the domestic software talent non-academic training industry are summarized as follow,as well as its potential competitors,the threat of substitutes,the bargaining power of buyers and sellers,and market competition from the perspective of the industry by the use of the Porter’s five forces model.Based on the Harvard analysis framework,the financial analysis of A training school is carried out from the four perspectives of strategy,accounting,finance and prospects,the analysis work is based on the financial data of A training school and other training institutions in recent years.According to the results of financial analysis,the strategic dilemma faced by A training schools is analyzed,and it is believed that the low proportion of online training business is the main reason for the above problems.At the same time,changes in the external policy environment have also caused a great impact on the school’s operation and management.Finally,according to the above analysis results,corresponding solutions are put forward from the aspects of increasing the proportion of online training business,reducing the cost of offline training business,and actively grasping the spirit of relevant policies.The research work is based on the financial data of A Training School in recent years and the basic principles of Harvard’s analysis framework.Through financial analysis,the strategic dilemma of A Training School is evaluated and discussed,and some targeted solutions are proposed.The research results has a positive reference value for improving the industry competitiveness of A training schools and the adjustment of development strategies.At the same time,the research results also have certain reference significance for other domestic IT training institutions.
