| Contract farming is an important means of modernizing and industrializing agriculture. However,China’s agricultural land is characterized by fragmentation and land transfer is one of the main means of solving the problem of agricultural land fragmentation and provides the basic conditions for the implementation of agricultural modernization. The promotion of the land transfer policy has led to large-scale land operations, providing conditions for innovation in the supply chain cooperation model of contract farming. In view of this, this thesis designs an operation model for the "company + farmers" type of contract farming supply chain considering land transfer, and designs a matching contract for the contract. The designed contract farming operation model considering land transfer is compared with the traditional contract farming supply chain operation model by applying a game modelling approach, taking into account the impact of government subsidies. The thesis analyses the conditions of application of the proposed contract farming supply chain cooperation model considering land transfer, and the impact of government subsidies on the contract farming supply chain cooperation model. At the same time, the thesis also designs a corresponding coordination mechanism for this supply chain cooperation model considering land transfer, which not only eliminates the "double marginal effect" of the supply chain but also expands the scope of this cooperation model.Firstly,a contract farming supply chain cooperation model considering land transfer model is designed. In order to compare it with the traditional contract farming cooperation model,an operation game model is established for both models. The conditions for the selection of the two cooperation models and the implications for the operational decisions and profits of farmers and companies are discussed. The findings show that the desired output rate under the land transfer model and the proportion of profit share given by the company to the farmer affect the choice of cooperation model for supply chain members. When the profit-sharing ratio is moderate, supply chain members can achieve a win-win situation through the land transfer contract farming cooperation model.Secondly, the thesis further considers the impact of government subsidies on the cooperative model of contract farming supply chains. The results of the study show that, when government subsidies are considered, the scale of planting, total production and members’ profits increase with increasing government subsidies and the purchase price decreases with increasing government subsidies under both modes of operation. If the desired output rate under the land transfer model is higher than that of the traditional model, the area for the company and the farmers to achieve a win-win situation under the land transfer model becomes larger;the supply chain cooperation model of contract farming considering land transfer can guarantee the desired profit of the farmers and the company and enhance the stability of this supply chain cooperation model only if the proportion of dividends given by the company to the farmers meets certain conditions. Finally, this thesis designs a supply chain coordination mechanism for contract farming considering land transfer.By comparing the profits of each member of the supply chain before and after the coordination contract, the results show that the portfolio contract designed in this thesis can not only improve the performance of the supply chain considering land transfer order agriculture, but also provide a reasonable distribution of the total profit of the supply chain, which is an effective cooperation model to promote land transfer. |
