Research On Compliance Management Evaluation Of Personal Loan Guarantee Insurance Business

Overall,the premium income of personal loan guarantee insurance is increasing year by year,and the business development trend is on the rise.However,its loss rate is high and the state is in loss,so far it has not been significantly improved,and the asset quality is low.The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate and study the compliance management of ZH company’s personal loan guarantee insurance business in combination with the actual situation of its personal loan guarantee insurance business,and put forward suggestions and corrective measures for its compliance management of personal loan guarantee insurance,so as to help it improve internal control.Improve the operational level of personal loan guarantee insurance business and prevent and resolve the compliance management problems of personal loan guarantee insurance business.This study uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out research,and points out that the key first-level indicators of compliance management evaluation of ZH company’s personal loan guarantee insurance business are classified as compliance content,compliance management means,compliance supervision,and three lines of defense cooperation.Then,13 second-level indicators are set respectively,and the weight of each indicator is determined by AHP.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it can be seen that the compliance management of ZH company’s personal loan guarantee insurance business is average,and the performance of compliance management of personal loan guarantee insurance business is also average in all dimensions.In practice,the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can also help the senior management of the company to have a clearer understanding of the compliance management of the internal personal loan guarantee insurance business on the whole,and also help to show the urgency of improving the compliance management of the personal loan guarantee insurance business to the senior management in the form of data in the high-level meeting,so as to obtain the support of the senior management.Combined with the evaluation conclusion,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures to improve the compliance management level of ZH company personal loan guarantee insurance business from five aspects.In the aspect of improving the compliance management system of ZH Company’s personal loan guarantee insurance business,it is proposed to strengthen the organizational structure of compliance management,optimize the management methods of compliance system,and formulate and implement the compliance management manual.In terms of the improvement of compliance management means,it is proposed to increase the establishment of compliance reporting paths and improve the compliance self-examination and self-correction mechanism;In the aspect of compliance consciousness transformation and improvement,it is proposed to formulate compliance management quantitative assessment indicators and increase compliance management accountability.In terms of the improvement of compliance culture construction,it is proposed to set up the compliance culture that leaders take the lead in,and increase the innovation of compliance publicity;En In terms of the compliance path construction of the company’s personal loan guarantee insurance business black property prevention,it proposed the construction of internal control work norms covering the whole process of insurance black property prevention,the construction of human compliance regulatory framework,the construction of financial compliance regulatory framework,and the construction of compliance regulatory tool pool with the help of technology enabling.
