The changing business environment, the rapid development of information technology, and the increasing popularity of internet applications, making information network business which is a new business model emerged and is gradually replacing traditional manufacture-based products business model. Information network business model become the most dominant business model among present market. Information network business is a demand-pull business model which takes the customer requirements as the orient. Customer requirements is an important basis for guiding the enterprises to implement information network business Customer requirement's processing methods and technology which last for an entire life cycle of information network business. At present, the failure of a number of enterprises reflects lack of customer requirements theoretical knowledge for information network business. Therefore, based on the analysis of framework for information network business, according to every link of information network business, from the concept and the characteristics of customer information needs, some issues are analyzed and discussed deeply, such as the influence model, access and norms, conversion of customer information needs and system design based on customer requirements. Thereby, the research on customer requirements from theory analysis to practicing system for information network business was realized. The content as follows:(1) The framework of information network business is studied. Information network business is the basis of this research, the core content of it is sublimation of information business with the help of network's superior features. Considering above all, theoretical basis(business and information business) is firstly studied. Secondly, technical basis(the theory of network dimension force) is also introduced. Finally, the framework of information network business is put forward according to the basis of its theoretical and technic, such as concept, characteristics and business model. (2) The influencing model of customer requirements for information network business is studied. Based on the content of customer requirements for information network business, the influence model of customer requirements for information network business is built. And then the influence factors of customer requirements are analyzed qualitatively from the links of information network business. Subsequently, the influence factors of customer requirements are analyzed from a quantitative point of view by using structural equation, the influence level of various factors to the customer requirements for information network business is clarified, and thus the theoretical basis is provided for the subsequent analysis of customer requirements.(3) Customer requirements accessed and differentiated for the information network business is studied. First, the content of customer requirements for information network business of previous chapter is referenced. Then the frame structure of these demands access based on Web is put forward, and the demands accessed are analyzed normally. In the final, the obtained demands are divided by fuzzy clustering technique, and case study is carried out to the fuzzy clustering division of customer requirements by taking the information network business of ship orders as an example. Then the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated.(4) The customer requirements conversion for information network business is studied. Considering the inconsistency between customer requirements and the attribute of information products and services to meet the customer requirements, the correspondence relation between customer requirements and products attribute must be built in order to realize information products and services to maximize meet customer requirements. First the basic conditions and deficiencies of the traditional transformation model of customer requirements (QFD) is analyzed. And then the traditional QFD was rebuilt by using the ANP model. And the customer requirements conversion for information network business is dealt by using improved QFD. Finally, case study is carried out to the customer requirements conversion by taking the information network business of ship orders as an example. Then the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated. (5) The design of information network business system based on customer requirements is studied. In order to carry out information network business and its demand analysis by information network business system, the system requirements analysis is analyzed firstly, and then on the basis, the system's business and technical architecture is analyzed. Finally, case study is carried out to the information network business system of ship orders. Then the effectiveness and practicality of the design is demonstrated.Through the study of customer requirements and system design for information network business, not only for the information network business enterprises to clear the model of influencing the customer requirements for information network business, but also to provide the theoretical guidance for the information network business enterprises. Meanwhile the study provides practical guidance for the information network business enterprises to build the information network business system which can meet customer requirements.
