For the research and development purpose of geochemistry explorationsamples analysis, using the updated JA90-750 type spectrometer as operationalplatform. This instrument is improved by adopted advanced currency interfacetechnique and Windows operating system. The modern microcomputer replacePDP-8A computer of old and fall behind. This new computer broadened andstrengthened the function of the ICP spectrometer and improved the whole level ofthe ICP-AES. Development a series of test control system, which is directedagainst the old type of ICP spectrometer by import and could be applied on thesame type of spectrometers. Especially, utilizing the results of the new softwarestudy exploit an analytical application software package aiming at the batchquantity analysis of geochemistry exploration samples. Especially, the method determine the contentsof main and minor components in sulfide single minerals by ICP-AES technique,this method can get the ideal testing results without any chemical separating means,which not only makes the analytical operation more convenient but also reduces theanalytical error odds accompanying with the complex operating procedures.5. Application of biogeochemistry samples analysis by ICP-AES technique biogeochemistry provides important proofs for the secret of how the biosphereand the earth cooperated to evolve, how to learn the acting rules between the livesand the environment, and the chemical evolvement of the earth. The growth andsurvival environment of animals and plants affects their metabolism greatly. Thelack of several life elements and the pollution of heavy metal elements can directlyinfluence the growth of plants and animals, and may cause death if the situationbecomes severe. Plants play an important role on the biogeochemical circle ofsupergene element. Early in the twentieth century, scientists had already found thatplants had strong abilities to absorb some microelements and thus they utilizedplants to trace and search for minerals. These findings suggest that the action ofenvironment and biogeochemistry has great value in the research of the earthsystem science.ICP-AES technique can simultaneously test more than twenty kinds ofmicroelements in one copy of sample solution only in one time. It has theadvantages of easy operation, low detecting limit, wide linear scope and credibleand accurate results. Our study mainly focused on the pre-preparation method ofthe environmental and biogeochemical sample. The method established thedisposal means of microwave assistant dissolve method of biological samples, drycineration method of botanic samples and four acid mixture dissolved method ofbotanic ashy samples and the best testing condition of instruments. This methodtakes full advantages of the multi-elements simultaneity detection of ICP-AEStechnology.Because the matrixes of zoic samples are complex, the method used thegeneral microwave oven instead of the special microwave reactor and adopted themicrowave digestion technique to test the reagent ratio and volume of nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid and water respectively, depending ondifferent characters of different reagents. The method also studied the reactiveconditions under different reactive power and different period of time which a reaction goes on. These researches could optimize the experimental conditionschoosing the HNO3-H2O2-HCl-H2O acid dissolved system, the ratio of these fourreagents is 8 1 1 5, heating for 5 minutes under 360W output power andcarrying on the specimen airtight resolution method to treat animal tissues.The method could simultaneously detect 18 constant elements andmicroelements of the environmental and biogeochemical samples utilizingICP-AES technique. This method is validated by national standard substances. Therelative error of the method ranges from 0.83% 9.59% and the relative standarddeviation ranges from 0.81% 5.20%. Every kind of detecting indexes of thismethod, such as the output limit, the accuracy and the precision, are all validated inthe analysis of animal and botanic samples, which could satisfy the detectingstandard of environmental and biogeochemical samples.
