Study On Application Of System Science In Regional Sustainable Development

Theoretically based on the thoughts and methods of system science, the articlestudies the applied theory on regional sustainable development ,which was regarded as acomplex giant system made by subsystems. This system have the obvious nonlinear andfuzzy characters, so the neural network theory which have nonlinear and self-studycharacters and the fuzzy set theory which can deal with the fuzzy phenomenon werecombined to give a evaluation model of regional sustainable development level.With thecharacteristics of regional economics of Chongqing, the sustainable development levelwas evaluated in the recent years, and the radical stratagem of Chongqing sustainabledevelopment was considered as achieving circular economy and establishing circularsociety. Moreover, the radical stratagem ideal of achieving circular economy was putforward in this article. All of the article were composed by 7 chapters. Chapter one: Introduction. The evolvement of development view and the theory ofsustainable development were resumed, and the significance of sustainable developmentresearch was expounded, then, the theory and applied research actuality of regionalsustainable development were summarized. The objective, content and main researchmethods were put forward to the article. Chapter two: the basic theories and methods of system science were expounded,and the special system — exoteric complex system which was nearly related with thesustainable development was discussed, and the instructional function of system scienceideal in the sustainable development was discussed. Then, the analysis route andframework of the sustainable development were put forward. In the end, it discussed theconception of sustainable development system, and analyzed the subsystem composingand its content of sustainable development system, together with the system propertyand object of sustainable development system. It also analyzed the properties of cityecological system. Chapter three: The analysis method of regional sustainable development systemwas discussed. Ecological footprint theory and its application in the sustainable developmentevaluation were expounded. The shortage of ecological footprint theory when applied inregional sustainable development system was indicated, so the basic conception wasexpanded, and its theoretical analysis skelecton was gravely mended— — the traditionalecological footprint conception was further carve up to productive ecological footprintand consumptive ecological footprint, so the difficulty of traditional ecological footprinttheory in evaluating regional sustainable development was likely to be conquered.Productive ecological footprint reflects regional population pressure to locationecological system, can be used to evaluate the sustainablity of ecological system.Consumptive ecological footprint was used to reflect impartiality of regionaldevelopment. With comparison of the two ecological footprints, the situation of regionaldevelopment was understood.the harmony of sustainable development system wasanalyzed. Chapter four: The evaluating and sustaining analysis models of regional sustainabledevelopment were researched. The basic theory of neural network and main arithmeticand their modification were introduced; Evaluating index system of regional sustainabledevelopment was researched, based on the existing index system, evaluating standardset which was suited for neural network method was formatted; A mathematic modelwas based on the link between neural network and the fuzzy set theory.
