Studies On The Stability Of Complex Driven Produced Emulsion And The Theory Of Broken Emulsion

Alkaline/Surfactant/Polymer(ASP)have enchanced oil recovery greatly in the course of the ASP field test.It plays an important role in the late field life.The polymers in the produced liquid reinforce the strength of the oil/water interfacial film,and improve the stability of the complex drive produced liquid,Resuilting in the difficult of demulsification.at the same time,As a result of the alkline in the ASP reacting on the active component in crude oil ,resuilting in the problem the demulsification.So applying the past method of the treatment produced liquid.it is very difficult in meeting the need of the field test.We should research the treatment method of the ASP produced liquid greatly in the course of popularization of the ASP flooding,promoting the lease test of the complex drive.Due to the ASP flooding produced liquid being all kinds of the stable emulsion, appling the thoery of the emulsion,We can research the theory the stability and demulsion of the complex drive produced liquid.The unstability shape of the emulsion have layering,flocculation,coalescence.A series of the LP nonionic demulsifier of polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene have been synthesised in the laboratory, Using the way of the "changing the head, changing tail, adding bone, compounding".The key point of the emulsion destruction is the rupturing and vanishing of the liquid film,the strength of the liquid film reflects the degree of the destruction.Applying the time of the flowing back,half-life,the constant of the reputuring velosity,We have studied the liquid film strength of the complex drive.the result shows that the longer the time of the flowing back and half-life is,the less the constant of the reputuring velosity is ,the more stability the produced emulsion is.We have measured the oil-water interfacial tension of the complex drive in the different condition using interfacial tensiometer.studied the demusion of the ASP produced liquid by applying the view point of the dynamics and the static method.
