This paper introduces the domestics and overseas state of solid waste and analyzes the questions in waste disposition, also compares the advantages and disadvantages of some disposal methods. We can conclude that the pyrolysis-oxygenation incineration technique is an important way to be developed.This paper studies deeply on pyrolysis mechanism ,and describes the classes and principles of pyrolysis-oxygenation incineration technique. It also depicts the physical chemistry process. By using pyrolysis dynamics theory, couples the modeling of volatile and heat transfer to burn up a mathematic model of pyrolysis Simulation program is written in Arithmetic of TDMA .The program simulates the changes of temperature of solid waste. It can be seen that the results of simulation and experiment have the same law of changes. The mathematic model can be used to research law of changes on solid waste in outer-heat furnace.Aiming at mixture of waste and medical waste, the pyrolysis experimental study was carried through on the reactor of a small out-heat fixed bed .The target of the experiment is to make clear the law of pyrolysis process; the impact on heating value of pyrolysis gases, producing rate of tar and waste carbon; and the relation on pyrolytic temperature with component of pyrolysis gases. Compared with the energy consumed and the heating quantity of pyrolysis at 700℃, it shows that if the heating quantity of pyrolysis are recycled in the process of the pyrolysis the energy will be saved. The pyrolysis technique will save energy and protect surroundings.Aiming at characteristic of pyrolysis and integrating the engineering application, a series of equipment has been empoldered. The experiment reveals that all kinds of guildeline are according with the standards, and arrive at the requests of waste harmless, smaller, resource.This paper introduces the structure and character of PCDDs and PCDFs, also depict the way to come to being on PCDDs and PCDFs. Some methods to control the PCDDs and PCDFs are presented, which had been applied successfully in experiment.
