The Study Of The Effect Of Taizhi'an Capsule On Primary Dyslipidemia With Lightly Elevated ALT

The cardiovascular and cerebralovascular diseases caused by atherosclerosis are threatening people health acutely, the incidence and mortality of which are in the leading front of all kind of diseases. It has been proved that dyslipidemia is highly correlated with the genesis and development of atherosclerosis. Drugs modifying lipid may injure liver function which metabolisms in liver, which often hamper their clinical application. We chose Taizhi'an to observe it's lipid modifying function and liver enzyme lowing effect, which is the extraction of the Chinese crude drug Nvzhenzi in primary dyslipidemia with lightly elevated ALT.Methods: Associating with 7 hospitals of large scale in China, We assembled 201 outpatients of primary dyslipidemia with lightly elevated ALT as treated group who took Taizhi'an capsule 0.9g,tid 12 weeks. To observer kinesis changes of blood lipid and liver enzyme. Meantime, we determined the blood TXB₂ and PGF₁, of the 28 cases observed in our hospital by radioimmunity. We also determined the blood ICAM-1 and PAI-1 in 30 cases with primary dyslipidemia to observe the role of blood ICAM-1 and PAI-1 and the effet of Taizhi'an on it.Results: Having taken Taizhi'an capsule for 12 weeks, the patients with primary dyslipidemia with lightly elevated ALT could decreased their TC, TG, LDL-C obviously (P<0. 01) , of which TC decreased by 11.08%, TG by 20.315%, LDL-C by 9.96%, while HDL-C increased a bit only by 0.39%. ALT level decreased significant. To compare with control group, their blood TXB2 and PGF₁ . of those dyslipidemia with lightly elevated ( P<0. 01), ALT are abnormal. The blood TXB2 was higher, while the PGF₁, was lower ( P<0. 01) .
