The reason was the abdominal cavity metastasis and relapse of malignant tumor after operation. The key of prevention relapse and improve survival ratio were eradicate free cancer cells and mini cancer pieces in and after operation. chemohyperthermia perfusion in the site of metastasis and relapse of abdominal cavity have some extent of function for decrease metastasis and relapse, intra-operative hyperthermic and after-operative hyperthermic was publicly admitted as an effective method for advanced gastrointestinal tract. pirarubicin (THP) was applied with system chemotherapy in breast cancer> small cell lung cancer, leukemia, lymphoma as well as perfusion chemotherapy in carcinoma of bladder. Few research was reported about THP chemohyperthermia perfusion,especially in operation.
